Pleasant individuals did the job and it seems well done! There were serious negatives and I'll wait to see how they put it right before elaborating on this post. À suivre!

J'ai appelé alors que j'attendais les résultats de ma vermiculite. On m'a expliqué de façon très compréhensible le processus de décontamination et les délais. Heureusement, mes résultats sont négatifs, mais je leur aurais confié mon entretoit!

I had a study done for Radon Exposure in my home. They provided me with a device that I installed along with their assistance in order to have a three-week reading and then they provided me with the written results. The person with whom I spoke was always available and provided very good advice. I recommend this firm.

Désamiantage - Deux expériences avec cette compagnie et l'équipe est super ! Les employés sont polis, proactifs. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent. Malgré la démolition, les lieux ont été laissés dans un état propre. Tout a été ramassé et nettoyé. Le travail a aussi été fait dans des conditions très sécuritaires.Je recommande fortement cette compagnie

Recently had my asbestos in my attic removed. Was told that it would only take 3 - 5 days. Instead took 10. This was the only quote we got, but the cost seemed reasonable compared to what the home inspector had quoted us. In hindsight, wished I had shopped around more. Workers came early every day (7am) instead of the 8am we were told, worked 1/2 days, and there were several days where they didn't show at all. Was assured it would be completed within the week, but then workers continued to not show as promised. Company clearly doesn't care, as this is probably a one-time use for many customers. Company mainly speaks French, and being new to Quebec I don't yet - so there was definitely a language barrier. I feel that if I DID speak French that I would have gotten better service. Was not offered any compensation for the delay in work. They blew in new insulation, whereas I was under the impression that it would be laid - this may have been due to the language barrier. Was referred to them by my realtor, whom I have told to not refer any other customers to unless they are OK with having the work dragged out. I guess you get what you pay for with this company. Overall, a disappointment

Il est important pour nous de tisser des liens durables et de confiance avec des compagnies honnêtes.Nous avions une réticence au fait que Desamiantech s'occupe à la fois de la prise d'échantillonnage et de la décontamination. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de leur professionnalisme et de l'importance d'avoir des clients satisfaits. Ils ne prendraient pas le risque le fausser" un résultat afin d'obtenir un contrat de décontamination. Le échantillons prélevés sont acheminés à une firme indépendante qui en fait l'analyse.Dans notre cas

Nous avons adoré les services de désamiantech!!! Les gars sont efficaces et polis. Nathalie avec qui nous parlons au téléphone a été d'une grande aide. Elle explique pour qu'on comprenne et répond très rapidement au courriel. Je recommande sans hésité !!!

This company gave a written accepted quote. Then we discovered more asbestos to remove, they said it would be $100 more since they would be there.For the contract they arrived 4 hours late, then they said they would have to come back to do the extra work and now it would be $500 not $100. They knew they had us in a bad position and took advantage. Also when I inspected there were still chunks of loose asbestos that I could see. They left plastic to seal openings, as if they planned to come back, we were not sure if they were finished. We called and were told that they would not come back and we could do it ourselves. I do not recommend this company. I texted a complaint and got no answer.
