We decided to renovate our floors and wanted to hire flooring Installers that would take pride in their work and be meticulous with details.So we decided to contact Michael's Flooring who actually were the flooring installers that did just that, when we had our house built over 17yrs ago. and were hired by our Builder.We gave Michael's a call and were met by Mitch who was extremely professional who came out to give us a quote on the job.We hired Michael's Flooring and I cannot say enough on the workmanship their flooring and carpet experts Migel, his crew and Gord the Professionals' provided for us in the renovation. They all were genuine and excellent people who care about their work.On one last note, I must say that Penny the office Co-coordinator made everything go so smoothly and she is so kind, helpful and I have to say PATIENT" in dealing with her Cusomers'. She would pick up the phone hear a "HELLO" and knew exactly who she was speaking with and saying my name....lol.It's been a pleasure the past few months and I've gotten to know some A1 people. All around bad experience with this flooring store. Approx 3 years ago I purchased a vinyl flooring from them for my primary residence and installed it ourselves. The floor has started to lip at the seams. I called the store and the lady at the front desk told me it was due to instalation error, basically accusing us of installing the floor incorrectly. Funny thing is, we own many rental properties, and have installed many LVP floors (its our job). My inlaws bought a floor around the same time as us and had them install I and SAME LIPPING. Of course, because they paid for it Michael's flooring fixed it at the additional cost of upgrading the actual floor. The lady working at reception told us to contact the manufacturer and deal with it ourselves. Are you kidding me? Are you not concerned that you are selling a faulty product? I spend thousands of dollars in this store and you can't contact them on my behalf? What kind of customer service is that? We also ordered a few planks of the same floor once they started lipping to replace the broken planks and guess what? They don't even go together with the old ones because the product itself has changed. Really sounds like irs our fault right? When the product itself is now different... I wonder why? Like I said, we have various rental properties and LVP is thr gold standard. I have had better luck with installing products from lowes and home depot.... I just wanted something a little nicer for my own home and to support a local business - but clearly I'm better off just supporting a different company. Too bad because I have lots of business to give.

Brian and his team are great to work with. My experience with Michael's Flooring over the last 15+ Years has been great. If there was ever an issue they were quick to correct it and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to complex installations. I would 100% recommend them. This Kitchen is an example of their workmanship they have done for us.

decided to come here and check things out for the first time, from the second we walked in there was an immediate rude vibe from the employee, she was snippy and gave an unprofessional attitude. made the experience horrible, lasted about a minute before we walked out to leave. will not be returning.

Very happy with my experience at Michael's carpet and flooring. We went in and were promptly greeted by one of the workers and she was there to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable. We were able to take a sample piece of flooring home to see how it would look in our house. We asked for the best price they could give us, and their price was better then all local stores for the exact same product. (i called all the stores in niagara, welland and st catharines) We appreciate the no hassel approach involved when dealing with them. We were recommended by a friend who does floor installation and swears by this business. We didn't have to mention him and were treated like gold for the whole process. They carry the major brands for LVP and could not believe the in store selection. We will be back to purchase tile for the backsplash and bathroom floor. Selection of tile was massive. Thanks Michaels flooring for a great experience!!

I had my bathroom redone and was looking for a nice,dependable flooring. I have searched far and wide and didnt like anything. And THEN I went in To Michaels carpet and flooring. The service was wonderful. Amazing selection. Mr Iggulden went above and beyond, showing every single sample in the store until I found what I was looking for. I would STRONGLY recommend this store to anyone. Wonderful ,professional,dependable. Great great experience. I got the bathroom that I wanted with the floor of my dreams. Well done

A few years back We spent a large amount of $ redoing our floors after a flood. After my bathroom Reno's i needed a transition strip and went to the store since they had it in the color I needed. I was greeted by a short stubby miserable looking woman who right away didn't seem to want to help me. I explained what I needed she went to the back came back and went back to her other customers without even checking in with me. After waiting in the show room for 15 min, I left. I will never go back there again. Terrible service altogether. I'll find a better flooring place with great customer service.

This place has the worst installers...and inferior product.The tile that was installed lost its shine/polish.It took 3yrs.Yes 3yrs of manufacturers/sales reps looking at the poor guality, and installation to say it was my fault! The tile started to show fault in less than 6months!!!Looking into small claims court.The hardwood installed was also inferior. They wanted us to sign a waiver to agree that we would accect the poor quality product for a fee.They knew we had been out of house for 3months and took advantage of that by telling us they could not get new product for close to a yr!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! IT was recommended through insurance co.We wish we had of used company we had use in past!:(

I live in Niagara Housing and my experience is that they contract out to the cheapest bid. My kitchen was completely renovated by a company and the end result was spaced and cracked in the flooring after a few months of having the tiles laid. The property manager for my area came to I spect the floors because there were multiple complaints , they would have to repair them all. My living room tiles were in rough shape and needed to be fixed for 3yrs and finally it was done and I think the new property management had a say in that. This company came yesterday to do my living room floor and they were so fast,polite and professional that I call Niagara Housing to make sure they get this company to fix my kitchen floor as well. The one gentleman Wade called me down to look at my floor and I was so happy,he also explained that I cannot use a mop for a year because the excess water would loosen the tiles and that would cause cracking, but a steam mop would be fine. I highly recommend this company for professionalism,accuracy and quick completion of a job excellent toy well done! I also called NRH to recommend the repairs on my floor be done by this company.
