Very busy, loud area. Located directly beside St. Pete's catholic school, so there's a lot of garbage and screaming from the students. Recently cars have been broken into and the underground parking is not monitored. Unfortunately, they keep switching out security guards so it's hard to feel safe. Management refuses to respond unless you are the owner of the unit. The units themselves are gorgeous though!

For God sake please put the door stopper in the lobby so we ont break the glass door and why can't you active the elevator without the fob?! Anytime I have a guest, I have to come down and let them in. Is this 1900s?????

Nice new building with a hotel style lobby. Full-time concierge on site and security active 7 days a week. A fully equipped gym, party room and roof top patio for residence. Super close to the GO Station, shopping, restaurants and other amenities.

Building is new but the people who have moved in so far don't seem to care that other people live in the building. The back parking lot is a race track. Cars speeding with music blasting out of the them at all hours of the night. There is garbage all over the parking lot. Also inside the building music can be heard extremely loud coming out of apartments and felt through floors past the legal by-law times. Security and building management seem unwilling and or unable to control noise.
