I bought me hear press from Gord over a year ago. I shorted it out by pinching the wire by accident(100% my fault not the machines) and he fixed it for me in less the 24 hours. He’s always super nice and informative. Always giving me new ideas or helping me out with information! Highly recommend sublimations r us !

Many printers required minimum quantities, but Gord was able to help me out easily! I chose exactly what type of sweatshirt and colours I wanted, and he showed me the exact process of printing that would be done. I placed my order on a Tuesday and my sweatshirts were done on Thursday! His communication and processing times were so speedy! Tattered Rags was so wonderful to work with!

Avoid this company at all costs! We ordered 36 mugs and 34 arrived broken. The mugs were inside a cardboard box with a single piece of cardboard separating them and then the company states it's not their fault and there is nothing they can do! There's no room for bubble wrap are you kidding me? Cardboard boxes only come in one size now? I suggest shopping elsewhere this company is a joke.
