Untrustworthy, liars. Avoid avoid avoid.We had the absolute WORST experience with Karen Moe and Shirley at this agency that left us in tears and very very angry only a few days before we were taking possession.Karen was very unprofessional during the process of buying our dream home. She shared TONS of personal information with us about the seller of the house via text message and screenshots she sent us between her and the seller. This is something a realtor should never do - sharing personal information about her clients with others.We trusted her experience and knowledge during the process however as it went on we just kept catching her in lies.We needed an amendement signed to increase the sale price of OUR current home that we had for sale, we’ll it wasn’t until we sat down with the lawyer that we realized she did the paperwork wrong and had us sign a document saying we were paying that price for the home we were buying .. which was $25,000 more than what we offered & agreed upon. When we called her about it she made up some story about how we rushed her to our house to increase the offer we placed. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.Once we dove down further into the paperwork we were completely in shock at what she made us sign. She knew she made a mistake and then was spinning her wheels trying to cover it up and make up a story about how it happened.She also advised us during a visit to the house we were buying that the dishwasher wasn’t working and that the seller would be providing compensation. When we asked her about it at a later date, she said “oh sorry it’s a lawyer issue now.” She also said that she would pay to fix it herself and of course we moved in with a dishwasher that doesn’t work.On another occasion, She refused to contact the seller of the house to get assessment done that we needed. Thankfully our mortgage broker knew the seller personally and was able to contact her and arrange this visit for us instead.This is just a few of the issues we had with her. I would avoid investing your money & time with this agency. Especially Karen. We will never forget the horrible experience we went through and the $25,000 she stole from us.

Crooked, untrustworthy people. Shirly’s employees make mistakes and she covers them up at the expense of her clients. Avoid Karen Moe at all costs. These people should not be trusted.
