JYSK Sherwood Park - Baseline Village

JYSK is an amazing store! The furniture section has a wide range of beautiful pieces that are both stylish and affordable. The bath section is also fantastic with a great selection of towels, mats, and other accessories. Most importantly, the customer service at JYSK is top notch! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I highly recommend JYSK for all your home decor needs!

Great experience. I went to pickup a bed/desk combo that I had bought from another Jysk location that I thought had arranged for pickup in Sherwood Park. Turned out my bed was still at the original store. But the Sherwood Park Manager, Harman, said he would try to help me out. He checked his inventory, found the same set in stock, and said No Worries, I can take it home and he would take care of the details with the other store. Saved me a couple hrs of running back to Edmonton.He even honoured a credit the other store had promised for the mix up.And some discounts on extra items I purchased.Great guy, great attitude, and great staff. A rarity in this era.For any future Jysk purchases, I will go out of my way to visit the Sherwood Park location.Thank you Harman!!!

We’ve been in twice and Dona was such a great help taking time with us to pick out our daughter’s new bed. She made it fun for her and talked us through all of the options without any pressure. Great experience overall.

It’s not IKEA yet it’s not Walmart either. It’s that middle of the road home decor, bedding and furniture store. Prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of items. It’s just generic stuff that doesn’t stand out. If you’re looking for a pillow or sheets or a storage box or drapes or a mattress and don’t want to spend a lot of money this is the place just don’t expect high quality. We did buy a body pillow and a mattress topper. It’s what we wanted and we bought them. It. The store was well stocked but still seemed sparse. Not overly impressed but it was okay.

Donna was very helpful and cheerful, she helped me to choose Della sofa and I love that. Everybody who visit at .y store love as well. Thanks a lot!

Herman, the store manager, was incredibly helpful when we found ourselves in need of a bed and dresser. He walked us through our options and applied zero pressure. We got everything we needed without having to leave town-highly recommend!!

I found the cashier named Kiran really sweet. She recommended to buy matching leaves tissue and guided me to the clearance section where I found better prices for duvet covers.
