We are impressed with the work ethic, knowledge and the quality of work Matt and James performed. Matt and James worked without lunch or any breaks that we observed. It is hard to find such hard working dedicated knowledgable talent! We have a large long driveway with several tire marks and trees that left stains that are now amazingly gone! And our old deck now looks new again! And our windows now sparkle and shine inside and out! We look forward to having Matt and James return again! I give Shine of Grand Rapids my best recommendation, you won't be disappointed...

This was our first time using Shine to clean our windows. It won’t be the last. Their team of Tyler and Tommie were on time, hard workers and professional. We live in a woods, so our windows were very dirty. The reverse osmosis system they use did the job and our windows couldn’t look better! Thank you!

I've seen SHINE'S work on other homes in my neighborhood to include window cleaning and creating amazing Christmas light displays. Matt in the office was so helpful in setting up a surprise for my husband, who was out of town for just 1 day. He answered every email or text promptly and tweaked" the work order as I added items that needed attention. I was able to choose my date and time. Chad and Nate arrived on time and worked very hard for hours. They were both friendly

Several upper windows were missed. Anything above ground was done poorly. They did come back out and redo it but the others really weren’t done well either. Didn’t want to ask to come a third time. They didn’t wear booties in the house and got dirt all over the floor. The solution they used on the interior windows was stained all over the white window trim. I was sadly disappointed given the great reviews. I reached out to let the owner know about the blue cleaning solution on the trim and he never responded.

Had such a wonderful experience with Shine! From the ease of scheduling, payment and the beautiful job at cleaning they did, I am thoroughly pleased with this service. I had full window cleaning done on my apartment and the 2 guys did such a great job! Will be using them again.

Shine was great. Matt was easy to reach for questions and quote. Two guys that came were friendly, on time, and careful in their work. Careful about foot covers inside. Windows look great. very pleased! They did a great job on the big picture windows two stories up on inside and three on outside - no way could I reach those!!

Did a great job ensuring my windows were sparkling! Theyy were even able to clean my storm doors that i can never get perfectly clean with windex. Tommy was very friendly and easy to work with, he ensured I was happy with the job and that everything was done correctly!
