ADM Milling Co

Old building, at the moment it's a milling facility, but I heard it was used as a place to keep ammunition in the I and II war world, at least thats what a old man told me.On winter time there is a lot of deers and rabbit around.

Not quick on loading.....will b there for over an hour.....and they load heavy....

Staff is good at shipping and receiving but time for loading is worst by the loaders. Took near about 8 hours to load .

My first time delivering here, took a hour before I could even find someone to give directions, waited some more, and then finally, over 2 hours since I arrived. We're closing now, wait till morning

There scale is on a timer ⏲️ and..... takes forever here. But if you like watching ducks eat wheat for a couple hours, it's an awesome place to do that at

If you’re going to show up here plan to be here for four hours before they start loading you or unloading you.

A quality flour mill that's been milling for the majority of it's years. It provides flour for Western Canada and International areas. Lot's of Deer wildlife in this area so be careful driving! Parking your car in the area for long periods will leave a caked on" dust of wheat which is hard to wash off. It is also hard on the paint.The building itself is historically cool. Heard it's haunted

It's cool to hear it's a family run business at this facility while being under a big company, but I'm just a random delivery guy and don't care about that. What I do care for is how awesome the warehouse supervisor is. He is a very friendly and an amazing down to earth person. However this short guy who covers for the warehouse supervisor from time to time is a very rude person to his workers so be prepared if you end up talking to him as I can see him being rude and fake. I also heard the rest of the managment are very poor human beings but I don't know if that's true or not since I've only been there twice.My point is I feel sorry for those workers and probably explains why loads can take a long time. I wouldn't want to work for that short boss that covers. The company itself looks like a very good company, but if the managment is as bad and and rude to workers like the short guy in this facility, they should really go back to managment school and take a course in talking to workers. Either that or it needs a new managment overhaul. I bet the workers will work way harder being treated nicer. 1 star for the way the short manager was rude to that worker.
