Walmart Supercentre

Today at Walmart I had the most wonderful experience with a kind woman named Armita who saw me looking at a box of formula and could tell I needed a hand. She was kind enough to ask if she could help me carry the heavy box to the cashier. Once we got to the checkout, I was lucky enough to have Angela as my cashier, who is just an absolute ray of sunshine!These days it’s hard to find kind people, and I was fortunate enough to experience the kindness of two amazing women during my shopping experience!

Stopped in here after we arrived to pickup name supplies for our trip. This is a very unique Walmart store with it being on multiple levels. You can park your car under the store, you go up to enter. I have never see one like this.The store was clean, the employees were helpful. We got all of the items we needed. As usual, they had a good selection. When we left the store we got to watch the shopping cart escalator, very cool. If you are in the area it is a good place to shop.

I like the superstore on older bridge only because it’s accessible by my house. I know the stuff they’re very friendly. They’ll get you a cart after you use your scooter and no free of charge. There’s lots of ample parking around and will check assessable parking , priced, reasonably, and, the store has been upgraded and it looks really amazing.

I contacted the customer service via chat to find a solution for an order! before i place the order the site said a one day delivery! After i placed it , it changed to 12 days later!first time i contacted them, the agent said it is because due to Canada day the store is closed and it'll change! I actually went shopping at the store and it was not closed!second time i contacted them, the agent hang up on me after i asked hard questions! third time i went only with the intention of complaining about the agent and I got connected to the same agent!I work in marketing with a marketplace company as well! even if it's a vendor direct fulfilment and not a walmart owned product, the right way is to inform the customer that their complaint about inventory issue on the web is going to be directed to marketing and ecom team to investigate! not only that didn't happen, they gave me an attitude, told me i was unable to cancel the order, mocked me , and honestly guys! If your agent knows as much as I can see on the tracking number and you consider that customer service you better close and go! We dont need this American treatment here in Canada! I'm boycotting walmart personally and obviously i am telling everyone about it! Even if it's a market place item, you as Walmart get a piece of it! and you are responsible to at least provide CORRECT information and at least vendor contact to the customer! #Walmartsucks

Their card machines at the cashiers threw me off earlier this morning when I was using my credit card that was not issued in Canada. But I had only this card on me and fortunately there was some cash in my pocket. Otherwise I would've put all the stuff back on their shelves today. Hope that they will have brand-new card machines that work really well with foreign credit cards as well.

This is one of a few Walmart stores that have a clean and maintained restrooms. For the most part, it is fairly organized for a very busy store. And this location is very unique in offerings as they have fresh seafood counter. We always enjoy visiting this store. Management does a good job here with customer service and store upkeep.

There is a very mean staff at the phone-selling area. He was very unpleasant and inpatient to offer details on the phone deals, if I didn't keep asking for more. Also showing deals that don't exist on the counter and not willing to offer any alternatives.He said his is from a third party instead of working for Walmart. He should know how to work with his commercial partner and get better trained.

Disgusting place! Worst walmart store in Canada. Too many new untrained employees on job, the personality of Manager explains it all. I came to look for a hiking pole amd swimming trunk and ask employees to point me where it is but they unwilling to help because they do not know where it is. 9pm May 17, 2023. Wash room is so filthy, people are peing on the floor because urinal its plugged and flooded and no one take good care of it.

Very big store. Lots of things to buy.
