Drive-thru menu board shows $3.79 for an English muffin Sausage & egger, but was charged $4.79.Poor management for not updatimg their menu board after raising prices of their menu items.

I used to go here almost daily until Valentine's day. A friend had put in an online order for my kids (she babysits for us) plus hers as a nice treat for supper and when I went to pick it up after work the staff was point-blank rude and extremely argumentative. After about a half hour of waiting for someone to talk to me after I explained what I was there for (they had just turned and walked away out of the blue!) I ended up having to lean over the counter to get someone's attention! And even then all they told me was just to order it all over again because apparently they didn't receive payment for the order". It was a $50+ order! No! My friend called her bank and confirmed the amount WAS taken out when she had ordered the food (at 12:30 pm). I tried showing the screenshots I was sent of the confirmation but the staff wouldn't even look. At 4:30 pm they still "hadn't received the payment"? Not likely.Never went back and don't plan to. Shame though... When they gave you the right order it was REALLY good!"

Not a great stop for truckers! Seems they are only doing take out. They dining room is blocked off and you can't even use the bathroom. This is a highway restaurant. There is a gas stain next door, but if you're picking up food, you should be able to use the bathroom....

Had my order screwed up and had the employee argue that I was wrong until I got frustrated and left. I called them and asked to speak to a supervisor who took care of the issue and fixed the employee's mistakes

Smaller then your typical a&w restraunt but quick and fast ready service, conveniently located near number 1 trans canada highway. my usual Grandpa burger was fantastic which I have experienced on the dry side at other a&w restraunts, the other food was perfect, and my coffee i ordered was seemed freshly brewed. all in all... 5 out of 5 fast food experience.
