It was ok, lots of neat things they sell but many things are just too expensive. My daughter said nothing really interested her.

Bright, clean and organized. Its a really small book store so they don't have too mamy specialized books. Good place to get a gift.

I love Owen who always helped me. I am a big fan of books and run book clubs at my company. He introduced me to a book called alittle life" and I ran the book club at my work place so I am forever grateful to him for introducing me to this book in the first place.I think Owen is very client service oriented and know the products really well. He can always find something that's tailored to the taste of clients. Also

Great place for notebooks, sketchbooks, and books. I especially love the Manga collection here. Awesome birthday gifts here too.

Poor customer service. When a cashier is occupied by a tricky customer and it takes a long time, another girl behind the counter just doing nothing and let me waiting for a long time. Really long really painful! She could have done something,especially open her counter and serve the rest of the customers! Poor experience!

Small space inventory compared to other Indigo Chapters branches, well organized store. Some inventory orders able to pick up at store location.

Well organized tiny bookstore and their only location in Richmond. They shuttered their huge location a few years back. Current customer capacity is 10 persons at a time because of Covid-19 concerns and you are required to wear a mask to enter.

I was in a rush to get gifts for my niece on her birthday. Christina, the sales associate working at the time, was so helpful throughout my experience. From letting me know that if I get a third book it will be free with their promo, to removing the discount stickers for me, and finally to offering free gift bag paper to decorate my Indigo bag, this was such a great customer service experience. It was very flawless and quick. Thank you Christina for your help!

On may 30, we went to this store with my birthday boy with a given indigo gift card , and when we checked out the staff who's on shift that night , she told us there was nothing inside the gift card, so we ended up paying the books with my own credit card. So I was so emabrassed to go back to asked my friend who gave this gift card as a gift to my son about there might not be any value inside, so she went over to save on food where she initially purchased the gift card. She checked and there was a $50 value in it. So after these mess and embarrassment that make both my friend and myself go through, they just told me there is a value inside the card( which we know it when we first complained to them about it) and they don't even try to compensate us due to their staff uneducated on their own products. How pathetic! I feel so emabrassed to be your customer ( which I have been going to this location for the longest time). My friend initially had to apologized to me because she thought was her fault to give me an empty gift card but ended up I have to apologized to her because this staff does not even know what she was doing and created all these mess. It was not an unpleasant experience that we spent time talking about how this would happen , and we had to go get back the gift card to each other to check , and spent the time driving checking and talking with another grocery store staff found out there was money inside. It was just to find out it was this indigo staff's fault. Make sure you guys don't even try buying a gift card from this store or using it (if you encounter this staff she will either charged u the money and not put anything inside your gift card, or she will tell u there isn't money inside ur card where there is), she even asked if I still want the gift card back or not. I can't even imagine how this will turn out If she took my gift card away. And they won't even do a thing but just asking a manager to apologize that's all. Both my friend and I can't believe this is how they due with their customers like this after this big mess!
