One lady on counter taking just only order and doing nothing else still rude to us while taking our order. Her name erica. My friend notice her name on her nametag. That’s was worst customer service I experienced in tim hortons. Can’t you greet somebody kindly for 10 seconds.

Pups and I often go through at lunch time, staff are always nice and remind me that good dogs need timbits, so I buy a LOT of timbits here. They all deserve a raise.

I came here on Friday evening just to spend some good time alone. After getting my order, I sat down and started having my meal while enjoying reading. The staff was so loud so I requested the supervisor to please tell her staff to be less noisy. It was evening time and the whole staff was talking loudly, having personal conversations at work place. The supervisor was so disrespectful and said nobody have any problem so what’s wrong? I was a customer right in front of her who had trouble with such loud personal conversations. But the supervisor did not even bother to ask her crew members to be professional and stop speaking so loudly. I said no more and went back to my seat. And right after the crew member started talking behind my back how I should go to library to read a book. It was not about reading, it was just about why a customer is getting to hear staff’s personal conversations. The conversations were not at all related to work. I came back two times to have a word with the manager. But everytime I came may it be lunch time or dinner time, no manager was there or maybe the staff was just not wanting me to talk to their manager. Nobody even tried to tell the manager know what happened during his/ her absence and how a customer was being treated by their supervisor.The food was alright but I feel like customer service is lot more than just giving decent quality food. The staff at this location is not at all professional. They don’t have good work ethics. And the supervisor doesn’t know how to stop escalating an issue. If she would have stopped her staff to misbehave at work place. I would not have written such a long paragraph explaining my situation. I hope now the manager or higher authority sees a customer’s concern.

This Tim Hortons did fantastic!Kudos to anyone working during any rush at a fast food place, btw.The usual morning rush came with a long line of people, and they had an order of what looked like 8 or 10 coffees and teas and possibly food to.They did a great job at getting people served, and the line moved fast.The customer service was great!

Frequent this Tim Hortons a lot and it’s always a great visit. The older guy who is working almost everyday is incredibly nice and very fast. Well maintained and not long waits for how busy it always is.

CBR wrap was no more than 2/3 the size it was when I had previously ordered one with no decrease in price, so…horrible value now.Had to wait in line just to get a spoon that wasn’t included with our soup, when ordered.Girlfriend noticed a bit of lint in her tap water.Not impressed by this restaurant or their service; Two Stars.

Is not bad but overall. Service is slow sometimes. Staff change almost on daily basis and people not stick around and that is the reason the orders are sometimes got delayed due to the ongoing training of the new staff members.Whoever left from the old staff are very prompt and fast with the right attitude.

I go to work early mornings and sometimes I feel blue...but I'm always cheered up when I get my order from the guy the works the drive thru...he's so full of life and energy and always so kind...I don't know his name,,but there is a calming softness to his voice that seems to cut the morning stress away...such a charming guyI want a large double double and a side of him lol
