This is solely for the parking and not the park itself.I much prefer to pay and pay more for NCC or park lots when I know the money is invested back into the maintenance and upkeep of the parks themselves. When a company like Indigo takes over, I assume the fees feed profits.Although there are plenty of parking spaces during off-peak hours, this lot fills up quickly.Seeing as though the lot has turned private, I hope they fix up the asphalt and provide a path to the park space, bring it up to par a bit more than it was, since before it became indigo it used to be free more than half the year.

Best place to witness how locks work. We all had fun! Good to learn! Love this place. I will request city to tie up with one app for whole Ottawa. PayByPhone in certain spots, indigo parking by parks Canada. I don’t want to download apps. I would have paid $1.25 but the post took $2 for one hour. It’s not big but it’s not as promised.

This is only a review of the parking lot. The actual locks are really good. The parking lot is extremely limited in Spring/Winter to only four/five tight spaces and it’s a tiny road leading up it. For a city that prioritizes its car infrastructure so much you would expect more parking especially in a more rural area of the city.

Beautiful area and nice fishing spot, however covid has made it super popular and busy, it used to be really quiet
