Cineplex Odeon Niagara Square Cinemas
Went and saw the new Mario movie here last week on the opening weekend. Watched it with 3D glasses. Theater was large enough and spacious and comfortable. Popcorn was good and the entire experience was excellent.

Your regular cineplex cinema, had a nice little arcade that kids can play at after the movies. Theatre was clean and well managed.

Positive experience overall, but hygiene concern at Cineplex Odeon Niagara Square Cinemas. Sets in poor condition, wet floor due to spillage, and visible dark spots and dust particles. Urges management to take immediate measures to uphold cleanliness standards for a more pleasant and comfortable movie-watching experience for all patrons. Convenient location and satisfactory movie selection.

No more box office to buy tickets. The gift card wasn't working at the kiosk, and I had to go to the concession stand for assistance where the worker didn't understand what the issue was.The prices for food are ridiculously high, and they have a gaming area where you can only play the games if you buy tickets first and the starting price is $30.00!!!!!!This is the first time we have been to see a movie in years, and the experience was not all that great. The only good thing that happened was that we lost a quarter in the gumball machine, and a worker offered us a loonie out of her own pocket. We didn't take it. We were told that the gumball machine does not work sometimes

Cineplex Odeon Niagara Square Cinemas
Went to see a 4.5 hour movie. We sat in old seats with little cushioning. I don't know why they wouldn't use the recliners for such a long movie. The concession stand didn't have what I was hoping for available because staff hadn't prepped the machines. They weren't overly friendly or helpful about resolving the issue. Overall, an uncomfortable experience. I will not be going back to this theatre.

Very Nice Cinema ! Had the unfortunate experience of being expensive nap king ! Fell asleep watching Indiana Jones dial of destiny. Also other Movie watchers were talking during the Movie. I These usually happens every theater I go to. Once again it happened in Niagra Falls.

We love this theatre. Even on big opening nights they're not overly packed. The service is always quick and the food products are always fresh. This is our go-to for big movie release nights!

Staff was great, easy to talk with. Cineplex was clean. But when I walked into the room (7) to watch the movie, it felt very damp, you can smell the dampness in the air. A bit uncomfortable at first. While the movie was playing, you could start to feel the air conditioning kick in. After some time, it felt more comfortable. One speaker was crackling a bit, which did not ruin the movie at all, infact you couldn't hear the crackling very much during the movie, just during previews and the credits. It was still a good experience.
