My wife and I used Aya Kitchen Gallery in Ajax for our kitchen project. We were extremely happy from beginning to end of the project. We dealt with Krista P. as our designer, and she was fabulous. Very detailed oriented and extremely helpful, and patient with all of our changes that I must say were happening daily. After changes were made, design changes were emailed to us and everyone was on the same page.House visit were well organized and didn't waste my time, in fact I considered them as value added, specially a visit before install. I like how they work with you and explained the layout process and make sure you love it.Installation was great. Loved our installers, detailed oriented, extremely clean, would vacuum all the time. Some cuts had to be done inside our kitchen and their saw/vacuum combo was extremely efficient at minimizing dust.I would highly recommend this place. Before deciding on Aya we have checked other places, and price was comparable, however we felt that Aya was down to earth, professional and we were not wrong at all. Extremely satisfied.

The kitchen designers at AYA were very creative, professional and great to work with. We were in the middle of Covid closures so the process to renovate the kitchen took longer than usual - this was beyond their control. Some meetings were by Zoom, the retail store was open by appointment only. We were always able to borrow samples. It took longer to build the kitchen components and many needed to be replaced due to defects but the company stood behind their products and we ended up with a beautiful kitchen.

Aya was one of many kitchen design / cabinet manufacturers my wife and I consulted with prior to starting our kitchen reno. in Sept 2019We chose Aya because there design vision best suited our taste and style and now that the reno. is done we are both very happy we did. The Aya team puts customer satisfaction as a priority and was prompt to remedy any issue that arose or answer any questions we had.The cabinet quality and install team surpassed our expectations. Feed back from friends and family on the new kitchen has validated that going with Aya was a great decision. Working with our designer Michelle was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and very personable We love our new design. Shawna did a great job keeping us informed on the scheduling and quick to respond to our emails. We had Eric as our installer and his attention to detail is excellent. There are no words to say how impressed my husband and I were with AYA Kitchens. Michelle was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, transparent, kind, friendly, and flexible. She gave great advice. She was able to take the renderings from our designer and bring it to life. She really listened to our needs and wants, and gave us great colour options and finishes. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and on time. Everything was written down and Michelle did not proceed without getting our final stamp of approval before the next step was taken (literally). There were no miscommunications and this whole experience was stress free. Eric, who installed our cabinets was beyond amazing also. We now have a kitchen that we love. AYA also built us a custom dining bench with functional storage and a powder room vanity. We will continue to recommend AYA Kitchens to anyone considering a kitchen, or bathroom renovation. I was planning my main floor renovation and was referred to Michelle from AyA Kitchens by my contractor. From the beginning to the end, Michelle was AMAZING! Michelle is an exceptional designer and helped me design my dream kitchen. She came up with few options for my kitchen and we designed it close to year before I was ready to proceed. Michelle listens to her clients and their needs and really understands what the family needs. She’s patient, warm, and friendly. She’s responsive to all emails and addresses concerns and questions and communicates and keeps her client informed every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable and her expertise amazed me. I truly enjoyed bouncing off ideas with Michelle. She does not miss anything. She is extremely detail oriented and wants to ensure she can execute the client’s vision.When the cabinets were ready Shawna kept me informed every step of the way. She was super easy to connect with and responsive to all emails.When it was time for installation, Eric did the installation and he’s awesome. He’s talented and creative and finds ways to make it work if there are any hiccups. Michelle came by few times to ensure everything was going smooth during installation. Anything that required touch ups or replacing Michelle caught it all. I also had Jordan help with some touch ups. Jordan is very talented as well. Both Jordan and Eric are super knowledgeable, friendly, nice, and professional.I can’t thank the entire team enough for giving me my dream kitchen. Even though my space is small Michelle found creative ways to give me enough storage / cabinet space. She understood my vision and kept it clean, simple, classic yet modern - exactly what I wanted. We worked with staff at Aya and they helped us design our beautiful kitchen. They were professional, communicated well, and coordinated installation efficiently with our contractor. Two things impressed very much. The first was the amazing work done by their installer, Eric, and the other was their thorough inspection of the finished product and the way they caught all the little flaws and corrected them without question. Of course, we love the beauty of the cabinets! We definitely recommend them!

Our builder, Marshall Homes used Aya kitchens in our development. This is our third new home and these cabinets are the worst I have owned. The finish has chipped and flaked off, particularly along the seams and below the sink. The drawers have needed repairs but because the cabinet boxes are cheap particle board it’s impossible to reattach the runner hardware, rendering them unusable. An entirely new kitchen is required but Aya will not be the company that will do it. Not recommended, very poor quality.

Our kitchen contractor connected us with AyA and it worked out well. Michelle, our designer, was very helpful as we planned our new kitchen. She listened to our needs and made recommendations but also willingly revised the plans based on our input. The AyA installers, Jordan and Leo, were very focused on a quality install. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. Thanks to Michelle and the whole AyA team - we love our new kitchen and would highly recommend working with AyA.

What a great place AyA is, very professional. Michelle came up with a amazing design for our kitchen that works perfect for us, no more bumping into each other while trying to cook and even Gus our dog likes it as he can be on crumb patrol with out the obstructions that were there before. Michelle also gave us the contacts where we can get our Appliances and tiles. she was very very helpful. Jordan AyA's installer was great to work with he cleaned up at the end of each day and also played great music while working. Thanks to Michelle and the AyA Team for a job well done.
