I recently moved to Calgary from Ottawa. If you know Ottawa, you know the pho scene there is huge. Needless to say, I have been severely disappointed with the pho in Calgary so far - boxed, thin, flavorless broth seems to be the norm here.This place is truly an exception. To start, the decor is great and its a very well decorated, quaint, and clean. The owner is truly a pleasure to interact with - funny, polite, and provides amazing service; the type of person you are more than glad to give business to, his hospitality and energy was truly top notch.The broth is flavorful, made from real stock, fresh and delicious. Good portion size and reasonable price. Will be a customer for life and recommend this place to anyone that wants a good tasty soup and an overall enjoyable dining experience!

Sate beef was good - super spicy! The owner was very attentive and chatty. He puts a lot of effort into keeping allergens separate. The jazz music is a nice background touch. Local business for decades - give it a try!

It was okay. Beef soup tasted a little bit plain. The spring rolls were just okay. The owner was nice and friendly though.

Broth is clean and not muddy like many other places. You can taste the roasted bone and spice profile. Sate and regular pho are flavourful. All in all, I still very much appreciate it fresh.

Love this place. Great satay pho (both chicken and beef) and Vietnamese coffee. Food comes quickly. Server is friendly and attentive - don’t have to ask for water refills. Cozy and bright space with relaxing music playing. Just wish they were open Sundays :)

A bit disappointing. Ordered take out pho sate which was popular and regular pho. Both were quite bland. Not terrible but average. I like that the noodles didn’t break easily like some other pho places when you do take out. But I had to add a bit of fish sauce to enhance the flavour which I rarely do. Maybe they had an off day?

Worst service I ever experienced. Went there with my family to have dinner. No service. No welcome greeting. Waiter didnt seat us to table even though there were 2 tables clean and ready. Made us wait by the door while he was cleaning someone elses left over at one table. He didnt even mention one word to us to wait or something at least. Felt disrespected. Plus the neighborhood was not safe. Another negative experience at the parking! Never going back there and would not recommend to anyone! You guys should learn from Pho Pham at Signal Hill!

Finally, we found one of the best pho restaurants in Calgary, and Hawk, the gentleman who served us, was great to chat with. The experience was truly authentic and the restaurant was exceptionally clean.

2022 June 3★Located in a small strip plaza, you'll find this Vietnamese restaurant. Inside, you'll find it's fairly clean with about 10 tables and enough seating for about 35 people.Satay Beef Rice Noodle Soup $13.50 for the large size. Wasn't bad, fairly authentic (though had better elsewhere). Portions were good.Free parking available. There are 2 spots dedicated to the restaurant. Parking can be difficult as there's a popular pizza store in the plaza.
