This place is more fun than a barrel of monkeys. The rides are incredible and if you take your girlfriend/ boyfriend Splash both boyfriend and girlfriend you'll have more fun then an entire cargo ship full of monkeys

Adesa stored my quad outside in the rain and snow/. Left my console open, my ownership and user manual got drenched and ruined. I told the manager and he basically told me to shove it and that it wasn’t his problem. Refused any liability or damage, and now I have to pay $100 to replace them and sit at the dmv for an hour. What a needledick.

Paid for a check that should cover the car bought but it was not done properly. Stuck with a bill of 2500 for structural damage. A lesson learned. Don't pay for check up/inspection. It is just an extra money made by the. On top of the purchase and fees you pay. On top of $7k, I have now paid 2700 for a car not worth that much. I got screwed by Adesa...

The worst auction in Canada, every vehicle purchased here has major issues regardless of the light. As far as AS-IS cars, they are ALL LEMONS, not drivable at all. When you try and contact them, they say buyer beware. Save yourself a headache and avoid this facility because YOU WILL LOSE.

Very unprofessional. Don't return phone calls. My vehicle has been there for an extra week for no reason. Rheanna.is a terrible employee I called her 4 times and she didn't return one call. Nor any emails. Sonia Dagenais was amazing and.talked to me anytime I called i now am stuck.paying extra fees for my vehicle being g there an extra 7 days for mpg reason whatsoever. If you are unlucky and your vehicle is towed to their lot good luck getting it back on time even when you do everything by the book. Adesa is terrible never do business with them or you'll be as unhappy and dissatisfied as I am. I think they need the extra money as no reason to not let me come get my car. I've lost data of work income on top.of everything else. I hope they go.out of business one day. Karma is a bi..h!

Awesome customer service. The security guard Naser always asks me how I'm doing and is a very personable guy!

We went to pick up 2 trucks. The problem is there is not enough room to move around in the yard where the big truck are located.
