We love the burgers here and the root beer...NOT the frozen root beer. It's really expensive ($5 for a medium) and they only fill the cup 3/4 full! It's cheaper to buy a slurpee for a larger size!

Breakfast as awful...Bacon was not cooked properly! Eggs were over cooked. I asked for over easy. Too much butter on the cold toast. It was a bit disappointing! It was quick - which leads me to believe it was previously made.

It's a nice A&W. It is a little out of the way, but it's nice to hang out at or to get a breakfast at.Went in the morning, I liked the quieter vibe compared to Tim's.Honestly didn't realize how good the atmosphere and selection for breakfast is at A&W's

The staff here were wonderful when we stopped in with 9 adults 2 children and an infant. They patiently helped our visiting family from the states choose their orders then again with the kids. They even filled out kids water bottles for their long drive back to Edmonton! They did not complain but only cheerfully served us with smiles. What a fantastic experience! The food was excellent and hot as well!

Great uncle burger and onion rings. Hit the spot. Friendly staff. Cheerful, laughed at my joke asking if they take Canadian money. You cannot really go wrong with A and W.

It's one of the worst experiences I have ever had for any fast food restaurant. It's very dull and I'll atmosphere with the great help of tremendous manner less and rude staff I ever faced. We had been welcomed with a looser attitude of staff and he was just looking like we were not at all welcomed at that place. Bang the order on the desk with a rude tone. Whereas after us two ladies came and they were greeted and served with great smiles on the table even two three four times with different reasons he served with the great energy.Our fries were not hot and salted as well and when we informed him he was just like it's his obligation on us that he is providing us the food for free...Our request was just discarded with great unpleasant expressions.This kind of behavior is not at all expected from any service sector franchise...Especially with the big and prestigious brands like A&W....Pathetic experience...Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Food and service is great but the facility is a little dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting and they should stop using a key to enter the bathroom. It's a major germ collector.

A&W still has good food but isn't nearly producing consistent quality with what A&W was. To keep it short, how was your recent onion rings purchase compared to 10 years ago? There ya go.
