The people at MacDonald Auto Body are great.Super friendly, quality work, very communicative about the status of the work being done.A part for my repair was back ordered, but Darryl and Brittany (sp?) made sure to call and update me, or were able to provide me with an update whenever I called.They were willing to temporarily take the part (a driver's side mirror) off a similar vehicle in their fleet so I could get my car back sooner, but the part arrived earlier than expected.I will definitely keep bringing my repairs here.

Used car star to help me estimate a claim on my cobalt, got the estimate done in a timely matter then proceeded with a super quick part ordering process. Whole team is amazing , friendly, professional got my vehicle out as soon as I needed it completed, 5/5 would highly recommend for anyone needing a claim done and completed

I had some body work done recently, and my experience couldn't have been any better. Darryl took the time to call MPI and question the deductible, which MPI had incorrectly assessed. They ultimately waived it. My car exterior was polished beautifully, as a courtesy. I highly recommend that you deal with Dan and his great staff at Carstar / MacDonald Auto Body.

Customer service at the desk and from the shop was excellent.Unfortunately both times I went to pick up my vehicle there were issues with the vehicle.After the first repair the aftermarket alarm/starter would not work.After the second repair, interior lights were left on and the battery was dead. They did give me a boost and got me on my way.Overall I would still recommend this business.The Staff are great.

Had issue with car had claim approved from mpi. I had damage to bumper headlight and air bag light was on. On first day of inspection of car i told them regading these issue they told me they will fix it. Waited for 2-3 months for parts. Parts they use were not genuine had issue with headlight day after repair it stopped working. And they never fixed airbag on day of pickup when told regarding that they cleared code for airbag while didnt fixed and the air bag light came back on next day as well. It was so unprofessional for them to tell me that it was fixed while they just got rid of code and didnt fixed. And again for replacement headlights i waited for more than month and when asked for airbag light they told me its not covered under mpi as my claim was closed and than started telling me stories like might be the airbag light didnt came on because of collision while the light was started after collision and for all these issue i needed to visit them 3-5 time took day off from work and all that. I will never recommend this place to any one ever

They damaged the body paint and the manager told me because of the cheap tape that I used. I dare him that I will put a tape again and let it sit for a week just to justify his alibi, but he did not recommend to do it, lol.
