This is a regular McDonald’s. It was clean, staff were friendly. I would recommend completing a mobile order prior to your arrival as the wait times here can sometimes be very long.

It's Macdonalds .. so my expectations aren't that high.. but it would be fantastic if the fry box was more than half full and when you ask for no ice.. please don't give me ice not a cup of ice with a trickle of pop.

Very poor and slow service. Ordered first and it became last priority especially when two door dashers came in right AFTER. Not friendly staff environment. Super slow employees.

We ordered a bbq chipotle burger meal. First burger was missing bacon and fried onions, went back to tell them it was wrong so they remade it. This one had the bacon but not the fried onions. So we went back, asked for the fried onions in a container. Worst part, it was the manager making the burgers! Not only did they msss up once, they messed up on the remake! Fries were unsalted although claimed to have been salted. It took close to 15 minutes to get our order with only 2 people in front of us.

It is beyond pathetic that when a person orders two black coffee and one double double coffee that the person preparing the order cannot keep something this simple straight and marks the cups incorrectly.I can see why these people aren't surgeons or fighter pilots.

I ordered a cheeseburger with a small fry and they didn’t even put the burger on the bun and on top of that the bun was burnt. They also took a good 10 minute wait on my “cheeseburger” and just wrapped it with no burger on it.Another lady was at the counter because her fries were over filled with grease and over cooked. They replaced her fries three times before she gave up and got a refund.

The manager is extremely rude all I did was look at her and she completely flipped out on me while I was waiting for my order with a store full of people that should not have had to witness something like when my order was ready my husband proceeded to pick it up he told her that he would she was very rude for treating me like that she proceeded to our table with a piece of paper screaming that she didn't have to take that kind of abuse not sure what she thought she was doing to me but as far as I'm concerned I was treated extremely poorly for just looking at the woman then she proceeded to kick him out (well I was taking my 4 year old daughter to the bathroom) sorry that you were shorthanded and that you're one employee would have liked to go to the bathroom and you wouldn't let the poor guy go I will be contacting the appropriate people about this I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated if there was a 0 star review I would choose

McDonald's is pretty standard across the board, but after placing my order online and saying I was there for pick up and having to wait 15 minutes for my order is unacceptable!I work across the parking lot. I placed and paid for my simple breakfast sandwich through the app. I said selected I areived since I wanted it ready for me to grab and not wait around. I get there, and theres 2 people at the counter being served. I wait.. I see an order pop up after mine and 5 mind later foor dash is there waiting. Their order, thats larger, get made up in a hurry and served before mine. I waisted my entire break, waiting for a breakfast sandwich. Not pleased. Especially when the sandwich was not made properly
