From my experience I would say this Company along with TD Ins are criminals. Together they colluded to defrauded me out the repairs that were to be done & kept for themselves over $60 K. During this entire ordeal I was dealing with my best friend/younger sister's diagnosis of breast cancer and spent as much time with her as I could. When picked up the issues again I realized that the time remaining was short even though I had gone to the company Ombudsman" which in the final analysis was a waste of effort

I had a minor sewer backup and was referred to this company through my insurance. While I didn't wind up making a claim, Jeremy was very prompt and easy to talk to about my situation. He gave me a very frank and honest opinion of what I needed to do, and offered professional work while maintaining COVID protocols.My mind was put at ease after his assessment, and while I can't speak for their repairs, it was very easy to work with them and I would be willing to use their services

Be very careful of this company, especially if it involves insurance. We had a guy show up in a beat up old pickup truck with no knowledge, and completely useless.They are not trustworthy

These guys charged our insurance company $27,000 for only replacing our basement windows and didnt tell us. our insurance is now taking legal action against them. definitely would not recommend.

We were happy with the guys that came for the cleanup after we had a back up under our subfloor. They came quickly and did a great job. We talked to them about changes we wanted in the basement. They said we could switch out things we didn't want anymore that were damaged as long as its within the budget or we may have to pay more if not within the budget. My husband then spoke with the project manager Mike, who said he knew we wanted changes. When it was time for Mike to come to our house for a scheduled appointment he didn't show up. I was upset as my husband had to book the day off work just to be home for this. There was no appology from Mike he just said that he forgot. Then it took 3 months just for us to find out that First On Site didn't have the capacity for the changes we wanted for our basement.

#Firstonsite was recommended through #tdinsurance #tdinsurance..they should not be on this preferred list, Russ Pereira came out called team in..took 6 days to actually show up, tore my basement apart. I literally saw him twice.He would not return any phone calls or emails. Totally unprofessional after 26 days of no response my adjuster switched me to another company..I guess my basement wasn't a concern..obviously did a quote but wouldn't respond and left me with a torn up basement..horrible project manager..do not ever use this company!! I will be putting this review everywhere and anywhere I possibly can #tdinsurance should not be recommending them!!

FirstOnSite Hamilton were selected by my insurance company to conduct the repair on my kitchen ceiling due to water damage from upstairs. Mike and Jason were very professional and responsive. I was impressed with the timing and the quality of workmanship of the repair. Highly recommend.
