I exactly ordered a large fries, which looks like a medium in picture. Extremely undercooked, and looks like the box was stomped on before it was given to me. I first did a loop after i requested ketchup in the bag and there was none. Then drove away with the fries undercooked. Drove back twice after purchasing food. I get this is a fast food place with most likely low wages, but it would be nice to have just a little more care please! Driving back for the 3rd time isnt ideal and quite annoying!

I don't dine in at Wendy's... it's too depressing. Divorced dad's and older couples searching for a rental pad for their single wide... no thanks! I hit the drive-thru and order their chicken strip combo and usually tag a Jr. bacon cheese burger with it - a good value for what you get. Please have a mustard option for your burgers as they are heavy mayo'd. Frosty still holds its own!

The guy at the drive-thru was slow, rude, and dismissive. He just shoved my order in my face. McDonald's provides much better service. This Wendy's location is almost as bad as the Tim Hortons on Fraser and 64th ave.

The single burger was good. Didn't get a receipt, or asked if I needed one. And didn't get a straw, I went through the drive thru.

The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and courteous. Love the 80's-90's look of the interior. Many will say its dated and needs an update. But for me, I love the retro fast food joint look.

We had a lovely time at this Wendy's catching up with our friends (v vr meeting after ages)... Great food, seating etc... And special note of appreciation to Priya. She had a lovely smile and genuinely cared especially for kids...

Almost a 60 dollar meal ordered. Missed multiple items, fries were cold right out of the bag at the resturaunt and the baconator came with no bacon... If you really want Wendy's go to any location but this one

Ordered 3 meals from Skip through these guys. My burger had no lettuce on it, my bacon poutine had no bacon in it and food was cold. When I called the store manager he told me that It must have been the skip the dishes driver removing your lettuce and bacon" like common guys. Do better with your customer complaints section. I didn't want a refund
