I was in the store today looking for a new laptop (15 minutes and no staff interaction). I had information and events outside and sat on the bench in the fresh air without my mask on so I could consider the 3 I was looking at. 1 of your female employees came outside stood less than 5 feet away from me and started smoking. Very rude and less than 30 feet from the doors. Needless to say because of this employee you lost a sale today of not only the laptop but other accessories too and I will not consider coming into this store again. I will go to Kingston to shop at Staples. Disgusting......

everything is so expensive and they don't even carry power adapters that are under 30w 19v the prices to somethings like elexa echo is like 80 when amazon is selling it brand new for 60 like charger for my phone samsung cord 44 dollars dollar store sells them for 4 dollars fast charging to would rather Wal-Mart or best buy the source or dollar store don't waste your time going to staples unless your rich

Had a very very unpleasant service with an employee who gave me attitude when asked for info on how to transfer photos from a phone onto a USB stick on to the laptop which I have bought at your store. He informed me as per company procedures he told me it would cost $ 80.00. Is this how you provide customer service at a price,when we go there for help and assistance

it was quit cold standing by the self serve printers. I had a hard time figuring out what exactly i was to do in order to get a printout. i was there for 45 minutes to finally print out 16 pages. it wasn't straight forward at all and seemed to be quite invasive. it would be simpler to pop in a card, printout from a device or memory key and be charged the fees for the prints.

Do Not Use Purolator Courier Service.I drop my package at Staples drop of location which is 7 St E , Cornwall, ON and got very unprofessional service. I send my application to IRCC Nova Scotia and they delivered my application in different address. I contact their customer service and agent hold me 1 hour 30 minutes and cut my call. Its a useless courier service I have ever seen. Even I took Premium delivery services and they delivered my application in wrong address.
