I had an agreement with Scrubmarine that they would clean the bottom of my 18 foot sailboat, but they never showed up and never did the work. I sent several unanswered emails; all communications stopped for no apparent reason. At least I hadn't paid for the work in advance, but I'm disappointed in their complete lack of professionalism.

Great experience all around, fantastic job cleaning the boat hull, engine leg, and trim tabs after a few months of growth from sitting in the marina. Excellent results and value, will definitely be using Scrubmarine again in the future.
