I made a special furniture purchase in Boston, MA in summer 2020. It was during COVID time, and I was having trouble to find a mover that could help me bring my furniture from the USA. I was referred to BTC transport by a colleague, and I had an amazing, efficient and smooth delivery of my furniture. I told them that I would like to have my furniture in the next 3-4 weeks, but they made it happen in a 1 1/2 weeks. An associate took down all my info and regarding my order, he contacted himself the store and called me back 2 days letter with a confirmation of delivery date. This is what you call amazing customer service. I have recommended a lot of friends to BTC in regards to any furniture import they want to do from USA or Canada. Thank you for this experience BTC.

Horrible drivers, almost drove into the car in front of me and then myself because they were trying to get into the FAST lane on the 401 to pass another truck. There are signs everywhere that state NO trucks in the left lane but never seem to care. Please train your drivers about the rules of the road.
