New HVAC system installed! Furnace works starting in late November! A/C wasn't installed in a good spot, had to be relocated and connected. June 28th finally come to hook up A/C unit! This was after being rescheduled three times! The unit was connected in good spot on the 28th but was not working, 29th another crew tried to get it working something not right blockage somewhere in the line, go figure a brand new unit won't work! Extra charge for very poor customer service! Thanks

When we needed a new furnace and hot water heating system we approached Bee’s Knees, as they had previously fixed a tricky clogged pipe issue for us. Everyone we dealt with from the people in the office, the person doing the quote, to the technicians doing the installations were very responsive to our many questions and needs, completely professional and pleasant, and informed and knowledgeable. We felt very confident in working with them that we were getting quality equipment at a competitive price, and would not hesitate to recommend them. We plan to have our ongoing maintenance and servicing done by Bee’s Knees.

Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He gave me great advice and then it turned out because my townhouse is technically an apartment with no water shut-off for the unit, they weren't able to do the work. No charge!They offer free estimates with eyes on site to give you accurate advice. Never got to pricing with them but highly recommend their service and people.

We had this company come out to replace our hot water heater and we were very happy start to finish. We had a few different quotes and this company was very reasonable. We called for a quote on Thursday and they were able to send someone out that day to check it out. We called them back after discussing options and they were able to schedule it for Friday at a convenient time for us.They let us know when they were running a little bit behind, which was appreciated, and showed up promptly. The technicians were polite, friendly, respectful and efficient. They even came back a little later as the technician didn’t realize that a shut off valve had been discussed to be replaced. He apologized and replaced it quickly.We will definitely use this company again for future plumbing needs.

Quick response to have a quote done on site, able to get the work done within a few days. Installers were knowledgeable, professional and did everything on the list to do very well. Also did a good job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Thanks.
