I arrived for my Monday morning appointment on Sunday. Its been more than 24 hrs, and still no update. Its been 12hrs from appt time and still no dock. The employees are being very arrogant, I understand that everyone can have a bad day but this seems to be a daily habit at this location. I'm very disappointed to say that Conestoga being a large business, fails to meet the basic expectations of a driver. Not sure if its due to short staffing, or insufficient training but definitely something needs to change.

Took 9 hours to load. Then didn't give proper paperwork. Load was refused at consignee due to lack of paperwork. Useless operation at the Dorval location.

It’s been almost a year making delivery and pick up at this location. And I must say, one of the best locations for truckers. Clean washroom not that portable one, the real one. Easy parking spot. And the guy at reception is quite respectful and nice. I see many people reviewing for late delivery or pickup but honestly speaking they are quite respectful towards their appointment time and even would load you before the time if load is ready. Easy in and out.

This is the worst place to come for pickup, took forever, 11 hrs I am here for pickup and still 3 more skids to be loaded, the shipper said can not do faster than that..what a company it is? Don't they think we also have family or humon want to go home? All in the office are have bad attitudes..they don't give dam shi..t.about drivers
