The only problem is that the amount connection errors that may occur.

I graduated in 2016 it was an okay school needed lots of work. But I've heard from others they are improving slowly but definitely surely.

Very rude staff. dirty place.

Extremely rude and unhelpful front end staff and unfortunately there's no way to avoid them for anything that you'll need.

I called this place so many times and they didn’t respond. I went to this place to ask them some questions in person cause they didn’t respond. Right when I came in, she saw me and her face changed completely cause me and my daughters were wearing a hijab. Right when I opened my mouth to ask her a question she said “ma’am stop talking I’m speaking” though I never talked. She started yelling and when I defended myself she got more angry and told me to stop yelling. She stood up and wanted to start a physical fight. I’ve been in Canada for 30 years, I’ve never ever seen anybody like this. I don’t understand why they hire people like this. This women was so bad at handling things. I just moved to Alberta from Ontario, I was new, I had questions but those questions couldn’t be answered because of her horrible behaviour. The people that hired her, they should do something about this, I’m definitely sure a lot of people have a problem with her. I’m 100% sure she has a problem against some cultures/religions.

I must say the staff is very helpful and the course is great. The school has taught my child to be independent learner a must need in today’s Information Economy.My child is in grade 4 and he loves his teachers. Definitely I have to work hard with him as a parent as It is homeschooling with Online help.A great help in Covid time.

They are super slow to fix issues if they were to occur. Power school is quite the broken dumpster fire. Only reason I'm giving three stars is beacuse of the teachers. Cbe learn has some of the finest teachers in all of Alberta. While yes, the teachers may be late to mark or give feedback to some of your assignments, they try their best. Also, I would very much appreciate it if the teachers were given more than 45 minutes to teach a class of 30-40 students.

Incredibly disrespectful staff. The phone calls need to be recorded i call around 2.12 on December 17.to talk to someone and get greeted with an incredible amount of disrespect from one of the staff.

I would recommend checking out Alberta distance learning center (ADLC) before considering CBE Learn.-ADLC provides a full year for students to complete their courses, with extensions available. If you are with cbe learn, there are strict due dates that must be followed.-Teacher communication is available every day all day via phone or via Skype. CBE Learn does not provide this. With Cbe learn, you must email your instructors-ADLC seems to have a much more modernized learning platform with far less compatibility issues. I would always encounter broken content with CBE learn
