SENS HØTEL

The staff are really very helpful from the time we arrived to departure. They had no problem holding onto my car and luggage after we checked out so we could explore before our late flight. Lovely breakfast and great advice on where to visit from Giovanni. Room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel. Friendly, helpful, and great services. I saw some negative comments before booking the hotel, but the hotel provided me a great experience. Many restaurants are around the hotel, so I was able to enjoy various restaurants. An Italian restaurant inside the hotel was also nice, and is worth trying.

Nice hotel close to subway station. Bathrooms are small and it looks like there are ice machines only on 2 of 14 floors (and the one on 6th floor is not working).Staff has been friendly and are providing good service.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel and it was a complete disaster. The service was atrocious, and the rooms were disgustingly dirty. The staff was unhelpful and rude, showing no interest in catering to their guests' needs. The rooms were unkempt, with dirt and grime everywhere. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value cleanliness and good service.

Very well situated at close to the west end of Sherbrooke street. Beautiful. Close to McGill and Mont Royal. Buzzing place. Lots of eatery. Good view! Thank you Sens for putting us at a corner view overlooking the street and the hill!I wish the room door is a little more sound proof. Could hear people on the corridor. Or the ice machine

Stayed here recently with mom. It was her birthday as well and we were there with family for a gathering. Great people at this hotel. Helpful, kind, responsive. Restaurant was great which is attached to hotel. Area is very cute. I've been to Montréal many times and even worked there for years. Never been to this hotel until now. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to family, colleagues and friends. Beds were great. Coffee in room great. Very clean.

We had a lovely stay at SENS hotel this week. We booked on Hotwire; so we were a little weary when we read some negative reviews, but the customer service was fantastic! From incredible valet service, suggestions for baby-friendly restaurants and accommodating our little one with a crib.. fantastic!The location is great - a lot of restaurants nearby and very close to Mont Royal park. A quick drive to the old port. Overall very central.Our room was very big, and very clean. We had two queen beds, a crib (full-size), our stroller, bags and still had plenty of room.All in all, great stay!

Worst experience of all times in this hotel. They don't have their own parking and make you park either on the street or some public Parking. We parked in their recommended parking and our car was stolenImagine you being on a vacation and your car geta stolen. Thier staff did not even had the courtesy to help us with the police dealing.Extremely disappointed with this place

No complaints! We would like to thank Cynthia who has been very polite and gave us an amazing customer service. On our second day she gave us an option to move to a junior suite because there was a construction on our floor. It was such a great upgrade. Rooms are 10/10 clean. No carpets which is awesome! So great job to room service staff too! This hotel is walking distance from Guy metro station and 13 minute walk to downtown. Will definitely recommend.
