Misch is my favourite clothing boutique in Vancouver, and it isn't close. The staff in here is exceptionally friendly — while the clothing is upscale, the service is very warm and welcoming, regardless of your budget. The pieces in here are the kind that you keep in your closet for 30 years — we're talking staple items from unique designers...and many of them are women, who utilize sustainable practices in their designs (Maria McManus, Isabel Marant, Forte Forte etc). The staff are also amazing at styling, and showing you how to mix and match your closet for maximum versatility.Whenever I come in here, I feel like I've stepped into a cozy little boutique in Paris...and whether I'm picking up a candle or a chic piece I've been lusting after, it's always a treat to visit with the lovely Misch team. A true oasis of unpretentious elegance...thank you!

The staff, especially the lady who picks up the phone is super nice

As a small business owner, I love supporting small and local. Even though I’ve had a few not so great experiences due to clear entitlement of staff, I’ve continued to go back. This past Friday I went to purchase two jackets, which would have equaled to over $4000. I came in with two of my kids and was asked repeatedly to put a mask on. Even though the store owner kept playing with hers, her comment to me was “ it’s really awkward to have to ask you to put one on”. I agreed that it was awkward for her to enforce a masking policy with a medical exemption. I continued to go to Holt Renfrew instead, where I might add they roll the red carpet. Everything from valet parking, champagne and even bringing the items and helping me back into my car. . The lady that I shopped with helped me with both of my littles so that I was able to try the coats on. I ended up purchasing an even more expensive jacket. I would highly suggest if you want to be treated as a human being with respect, to avoid Misch. Spend your money where businesses care about their clientele and the experience. NightmareOf an experience. Will never go back.
