Absolute joke of a medical clinic. The staff is rude and incompetent and the Doctor is completely useless. The run around that is Abbotsford medical clinics sending patients to every other clinic rather than doing their job as a doctor is absolutely horrible. 10/10 don’t recommend. Seems the only clinics with time available are those who have idiots for doctors and are not qualified to help.

I m patient from very long time dr Jaspreet mangat he is my family dr ,but staff is world rudest staff ever I found here is new staff is worst than ever for me 1 star is minimum otherwise I give — to them stupid staff and they are saying me change ur family dr wow what a service good dr with worst staff. Now I understand why is 2.7 rating I think it’s by their own family’s otherwise no one give them stinger star.

Checked in through medimap. Received a text saying I was accepted, there was 0 wait time and I have 15 minutes to get there for my appointment. I live in East Abbotsford and I drove like crazy to make it to West Abbotsford. Upon arrival there were three young receptionists working. They all basically told me there were no appointments and they could book me in tomorrow… I told them I had the text saying to come to them now so apparently I just wasted driving. They said they have an appointment at 4pm so I said sure I’ll wait it’s only an hour and they told me no, it’s a phone call appointment. I was so frustrated and it so much pain I could barely speak and I started to cry. Not only did I rush over I have to quickly figure out babysitting for my 2 young children. They kept saying it’s in there right to not accept the medimap requests… I understand that but I had a message from them saying come now! After arguing they did eventually put me into a room and the Doctor was very prompt and I was in and out with a prescription within 5 minutes. My rating for the Doctor is 5/5 the front end staff need so much training.

slow, unprofessional and incompetent. tried to get a walk in for an infection on my mouth, said they don’t do walk ins when all i need is a doctor to write off on a prescription for antibiotics. useless staff, don’t waste your time here. complete idiots working the front desk that don’t know how to do their job properly.

Went in to get my paperwork to go to treatment and the doctor knew this and then said I owed 150$ or I won't get my paperwork. Just really harsh people. who is on disability has 150$ extra to spend . I thought doctors were about helping others well I am/was trying to better myself now I have to start the paperwork all over again delaying my treatment...

Absolutely horrible service! The receptionists are completely rude, unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to patients! I had an appointment booked for today with my 4 month old baby, and when I came they said there is no appointment in their system (apparently the person who booked it for me didn’t put it in the system) When I wanted to show them the proof that I actually called on Friday and booked and appointment for today- they refused and kept arguing and humiliating me.It’s too bad as the doctor I saw is nice, but I will never return there because of the treatment I received from the receptionist!

After we filled in the form to enroll for a family physician, went to the clinic yesterday Mar 20, after taking an appointment for Dr Amit Johal.The staff were super helpful.Though there was no information available online about the doctor, when he came to meet with us, he did not bother to introduce himself. He told us he is starting his family practice now; wanted to know why we were there; so we explained that our family physician has left the province, and hence we had enrolled here; he said he has only 5 minutes.I showed him my wife’s reports of the last 3 years, and also shared what our previous doctor had recommended as the next step; we also shared that my wife had high cholesterol, and had stopped taking her medicine & followed a better diet for a few months to check the change in her medical data, which now showed high cholesterol levels; we expected a constructive discussion.Alas!!He only wanted to know if there was a problem now that needed work on. Then he excused himself for a couple of minutes, and my wife then said she got no confidence in putting her health in the hands of this person.When he came back into the room, he said he did not want to take us on since my wife had stopped taking the cholesterol tablet for the last four months. He did not want to understand why we did so, nor did he want a consultative process. We, agreed that we don't want to put our health in the hands of this person who was least interested in a diagnosis or a discussion, but interested in doing a 5 minute cure.We figured we want a doctor who would be consultative and not one, with no quest for listening, learning & empathy. He would be good for those patients who probably come from a rural place, with no access to doctors, need a 'band aid' kind of treatment, rather than a consultative discussion of getting healthy.Good learning for us. Worth the 5 minutes we had!!!

The receptionist and doctor were there when I needed them. Couldn't find a walk in clinic on the sunday of the long weekend. Called up 10 clinics but not one positive response. Called Blue Oak and got an appointment immediately even though the doc was super busy.Was informative and kind and available.

The lady that answers the phone is very rude and very discouraging . My 4 year old has strep throat and all i want is for her to get a penicillin perscription. Plus probaly my other 4 girls . But wow the lady was rude and obviously doesnt like her job cause wow . I have never felt like such a both to someone . Poor customer interaction!

Absolutely horrible service, staff is rude and has no respect for patient needs. Had told us the incorrect time, and said we are late and doctor might not be able to my mom. Very unprofessional doctor and receptionist gossiping about patients. Ridiculous medical office I would not recommend.
