Suite Enhancements

I hired Anne to wallpaper a bathroom. When she was at my apartment, she indicated the wallpaper I had purchased was one of the hardest products she had ever had to work with-the edges of the sheets just did not want to adhere to the wall. She spent much, much longer than expected. Though Ann had provided a quote for the install, I compensated her in accordance with the time she spent in the job-she was paid for her extra time.Anne said she would return another day with wallpaper glue to glue down the seams, and finish the job. (There is a short strip missing where the wall meets the bathtub). She did return the following week. However, not all of the seams were successfully treated. She promised to return yet again to finish up the job.I’ve now been waiting over a month for her to finish up the job. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, she has not returned to complete the job. Even worse, she has not had responded to any of my emails or phone calls, which is very rude.I do understand the job was a difficult one, but Ann is a professional, and I expected her to complete the work she started. There are only a few seams that need attention-it would take her less than a half hour to complete the work.I run my own business too, so I know life can sometimes interfere with work, but to ignore a client for a month is not acceptable, nor is it acceptable to start a job and not complete it.I paid Ann fairly for the time and work she put in; in return, I expected the work to be completed.Anne has the technical skills, but her organizational skills and business practices are interfering with her performance.I’m now in the process of finding someone else to complete a job that is 96% complete. Find someone else to do your work, save yourself a huge headache.

Anne did a fantastic job installing our wall mural. Not only was she able to sell and install the mural. She also prepped the wall with shellac primer to ensure the possible results of the installed picture. She also had a great sense of colours for painting our other walls. If highly recommend her to anyone looking to upgrade the look of their office or home.
