This location is terrible. They had nothing in stock tonight... they had no diet root beer, no mayo, no ketcup packs, no onion rings, nothing.... they were not even apologetic about it. They made my burger wrong and I asked for them to remake it and they were made at me. I asked for no ketchup because I have an allergy. Ghere was something that looked like ketchup on the bun and the young guy at the cash tried to argue with me. There was no apology or sympathy when I explained I couldn't eat it due to an allergy. They girl in the back and the most awful look on her face because she didn't want to make another. When I asked if I could have mayo from the back in a small container, they said they have none. Well a chubby chicken has mayo, so if you have no mayo, what did you put on it? Apparently it's teen sauce and when I asked what was in it, they were so mad. Honestly, don't open your restaurant if you have no supplies and teach your employees to be respectful and kind.

Fast food I get, but come on A&W.No all day breakfast as advertised.The teens in the back lack training and both my burgers came out with the wrong toppings and were super dull in taste.You’re part of an Onroute where people pop in and out quickly. Get the orders right and fresh. If not, close your doors.Super disappointed! Do better!

Great burgers, always.Staff need training on how to make coffee. I understand she felt rushed because an order for coffee came in and none was made. I’d rather have waited for a fresh pot, than get out onto the highway and discover this brown dishwater excuse for a coffee.

Took them make 20 min one meal, the front one looks very unhappy yo work there, doing us a favour giving us the meal…. Unbelievable. “Fast food chain”

Hello , I been there at 7:58pm , they were only 2 kids like 14year old ,, they was high I seen from thete eyes and way talk to each other, but I ignored and ordered but after 4mins kids handed me sandwiche , straight out from fridge breed, and beef , thats same for A&W

Feel bad for the kids working there. No support from the manager. Hardly trained on their jobs. Food was way too salty. Produce looked sad took 30 minutes for 2 teen burgers 2 fries.

Okay first and most important thing about food industry is sanitary. The workers making your food do not wear rubber gloves at all. And the cashier always forgetting your food items. This is absolutely gross. The worker was even scratching his face and grabbing non food items in the back.

Absolutely the worst service and meal ever! Got the order wrong twice and the girl couldn’t make proper change I had to walk her through it! They don’t want u to place order at counter so girl ignores you making you go to kiosk. I had to ask her to take my order because she just stood with her back to the till.

I Ordered one of there new burger combo that comes with 1000 island sauce, forgot what they call it. The burger was extremely tasteless and the best part is they forgot to put any kind of sauce. Not to mention the salt less fries. Very bad experience.
