I literally had next to nothing in my wrap it wrapped so much that I was eating so much of the wrapping part of the bread it was disgusting I had next to no chipotle sauce I don’t even think I tasted any at all no filling whatsoever almost $20 for a strawberry smoothie on arrive in the strawberry smoothie had mostly all ice in it so rude I’ll never be back

Ordered a bamboo bowl and it was mostly rice! Minimal toppings was disappointing based on the premium price paid.

Freshii had a delicious array of fresh food. The bowls are awesome. This restaurant also has smoothies and soup. I typically do not notice, but this restaurant had excellent accommodations for those who are in wheelchairs. The bathrooms have wall buttons to open, close and lock the door as well as an emergency button. Way to go store owners. The employees were very friendly and helpful as well. We would visit again and highly recommend.

The menu has changed over the past year or two, which is unfortunate. Pricing has also gone up, but what place hasn't. My only issue is the charges of when you want a little extra of something (1.25 for a bit of extra sauce) or adding an egg to a salad. Either way, if they went back to their old options, I'd go back to being there at least once a week. Now it's maybe once every 2 months.

Ordered through the app for pick up at 7:30, showed up at 7:35 and the order wasn’t ready. Didn’t get the food until 8 pm because the only person working there kept taking orders rather than making the food that was already late.Don’t bother ordering ahead.

Rude and not accommodating. I placed an order at the wrong location and they couldn't have cared less and did nothing to accommodate me. It was a cheap lemongrass soup. I'll be making a point of going to a further Freshii in the future.UPDATE As of writing this they did refund my soup purchase. I wonder if it's because I posted this review. At least they came through so I changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

Clean healthy food, bright and enjoying environment. I like the fact that they have very affordable kids options. It can be hard to find something quick and healthy for little ones. Service was friendly. The menu was diverse and there were new meal plates which I hadn’t seen before. Right now it’s two bowls or salads for $14.99 too!
