Absolutely amazing food but extremely difficult to get as restaurant is often closed or out of ingredients.Update: my coworker came in the day before and placed an order for the following day. She was given a pick up time. When she came in to pick it up she was turned away as there was no longer a record of it and the gentleman stated he didn't have the ingredients to complete an order for 4 people.

Had a company function planned for Friday at 10 am, called down on Tuesday placed the order and was told to pick it up at 9 am on Friday. Went to pick it up and was told they were behind because an issue in kitchen, but would have the order ready by 10, lady took my name and number down. At 12 I called about the status of the order, they had not even started the order because of another larger order.They could have communicated that they were that far behind so we could have made other arrangements for our function.If they can't take the 30 seconds to make a call to a paying customer to talk to them, they don't deserve the business.Yes I did hang up on her, why would I take your free dozen" when you didn't even make the first 3 dozen we ordered

I got a bannock cheeseburger from their food truck at the Food Truck Wars and it was beyond delicious! The patty was homemade which really complimented it! SOOOOO GOOD!

Not impressed. Called ahead before my lunch break to see if they had chili, no chili, only thing they had ready" was soup. Went to go get it and she says "the soup is not ready

I asked my mom to bring some Bannock Express back to Regina for me. I really enjoyed it!! I shared the berry bites and bannock with my coworkers. They all loved it. I'm always watching the Facebook page and wishing, can't wait to visit in person.

I always enjoy when there is fresh bannock at the co-op, doesn't happen often but the odd morning you can luck out and get fresh stuff. Amazing! I haven't tried the mix yet but plan to soon. Best bannock I have tried, that's for sure, and these folks do a ton of good for the community!

Lots of reviews about terrible customer service, waiting forever for an order, not getting an order, etc...etc.I have been eating at locations I've never eaten at before and tried food I've never tried before for the last couple months and I've had some really good first time experiences these last few months and left some really great reviews.I am going to try this place for the first time today...I will update this review after.

The food here is fantastic! My family and I love it. But the service is awful, first of all I’ve called the listed number on Google and Facebook over and over again to order but no one answered. Second, I went to the new place but made sure on Google that the place will be open when I get there, it said 9pm is the closing time so I went and keep in mind this was on a Thursday at 6pm.. the person at the front told me they’re closed, I asked for their hours and he said Monday-Wednesday 7pm is the closing time and Thursday - Saturday 9pm is the closing. IT WAS 6 PM ON A THURSDAY! I was extremely dumbfounded and disappointed, all I said was “alright” and left the place. I don’t know if my family will ever come to place again. They seem very inconsiderate of their customers.

Amazing bannock and burgers. Love supporting this place, the people are so kind! Very hefty and filling so come with an empty stomach!
