He got in contact with me with a message and was at my house in 15 minutes. A half hour later my garage door was fixed. Parts in stock and labour was very reasonable. Wouldnt hesitate to call DC overhead very professional.

It was in February and the temperature ranged from -25 to -40 for about 3 weeks straight. One day my wife went to head out with the children. When she pushed the garage door button the door tried to open, but then the belt came off. We had no idea how to fix the door or what to do. We tried ourselves, we watched YouTube videos to help us out. We managed to figure out how to get the belt on properly and tighten it up, but then the door was only opening and closing a few inches. We ended up needing a little bit more help, even though we felt we had adjusted the up and down limits correctly. We reached out to Daryl for help. We contacted him through messenger on Facebook, and he replied very quickly. We told him what had happened, and what was currently happening. He sent us all the information he had that would help us fix the problem. We ended up needing to take off the cover of the unit and readjust the limits to fix the problem, which was what Daryl had suggested. We were so thankful that he was willing to give us the answers to our questions, rather than just telling us to book an appointment with him. We were able to save money, and we learned a lot through fixing the problem ourself. The world needs more people like Daryl - kind and willing to help others out without expecting anything in return. We offered to e transfer him some money for his knowledge and answers to our questions, but he kindly declined. We highly recommend Daryl, because not only does he know everything there is to know to fix garage doors, he is also a generous person, which we don’t seem to come across very often these days anymore. Had something on our garage door break while I was out of town and my wife was at home with our toddler and her car was in the garage on a Sunday afternoon. The owner was there right away and had the door fixed in no time so my wife could get to work Monday morning. Great service.

Having tried one of Daryl's competitors (sent an email, follow up email, & text over two weeks) with no hint of a response, I messaged Daryl after lunch on Thursday. Prior to noon Friday, my garage door springs were replaced, the new weatherstripping installed, opener adjusted and moving components lubricated. His response was VERY PROMPT and his pricing was VERY REASONABLE!!! Daryl clearly demonstrates what his competitor doesn't....ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER!!!! I would highly recommend DC OVERHEAD and will use them for future requirements!!!
