They are horrible. They ruined my lawn. They cut my lawn way too low despite my instructions and they left the cut grass on my lawn of which created permanent divits in my lawn. I would never use their services again.

Bad customer service from north of Mississauga

Totally disgusted! Our neighbor contracted this company. They did a great job in the summer but after yesterday's snowfall and seeing the lousy cleanup job they did, I would never recommend their service. They leave the snow banked on the road for the snow plow to carry the snow onto the neighbor's drive way. I caught the guy doing it and asked him to pile the snow better and he responded asking if I wanted him to take the snow home. He then told me I have nothing better to do and my home life must be really bad. The way I see it is that he was the one with the attitude and smoking: so who's life is worse? Joe ( he provided his name so that I can call the city). Very rude, unprofessional, and they just lost a potential customer, not to mention hopefully the neighbor that uses them. If I can give them a negative or a zero I would, unfortunately there is no option to do so.

I wanted to hire a Gardener to beautify my property. They never showed up. Never got a quotation. I'm confused. Every time I hear a commercial, I wonder what did I say wrong? Maybe its simply the franchise owner, and being in Woodbridge, perhaps his belly is full. Or maybe it was because I didn't give him him the grass cutting.
