For years I have used this floss, but the quality has changed. Even the waxed falls apart in between my teeth and I have to dig it out. I thought I just got a bad batch. After three more purchases, with the same outcome.I wrote the company and the response I got was: Dear customer, thanks for your input”. No conversation, apology or how they can make it better again. They just don’t care.So I went out to buy Oral B dental floss and it works great! Stays in tact and doesn’t fall apart. I highly recommend you buy Oral B brand and not GUMbrand.#sunstarGum#oralb

I have been using G.U.M. proxy brush refills for years. You have changed the wire to a much thinner wire for the tight" size. They do NOT work! They now just collapse because the wire is so thin. Please return to the wire you used to use!"
