Horrible experience, vic is violent and aggressive. Sold my husband a truck with two missing seat belts. When returning to get the seat belts put back in ; My husband was verbally attacked by vic who then ACCUSED him of taking the seat belts out!!!! A fake inspection must have been done as there was a missing ball joint bolt, major safety issue. Then the mechanic put the wrong colored seat belts in and got grease all over the truck carpets. Worst experience we have ever had buying a vehicle!!!!!!!

Mt Pleasant motors was thr best experience I’ve ever had buying a used vehicle. I’ve purchased three vehicles from this dealership, everything vehicle came with an inspection and warranty.Victor was very helpful in answering all my questions and looked at all the needs of my needs. Victor the most patient person that I’ve ever met taking time to make sure I was happy with the purchase and explaining the warranty and every single paperwork that I got. I’m. Max was good to deal with but the owner or manager was border line rude when I went back for a second look.Price on the website was not the same as sticker price but I was told Price is firm!" in no uncertain terms."

Had a wonderful experience with Victor and Max. They were both friendly, helpful and made us feel at ease buying a used vehicle. They promised to replace a non-working radio (they told us about it!) for free and also changed the rotors and wipers free of charge. Wonderful in every way. Would definitely recommend!

Great used car lot. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a diverse inventory. Mt. Pleasant Motors LTD has a great inventory they supply Carfax and Inspection for each vehicle. Good service and pricing. Fully inspected trucks. Had good experience talking to the finance manager. Haven't done the purchase yet but did find their description and way of communication good. In my opinion the range of truck from $7000 and up all the way to $40,000 are very well priced. I’ve been hitting all the used car lots in the area in this place has the best pricing, considering they were all mechanically in excellent shape. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgable and for sure I’ll be buying a truck from them once they get the right diesel truck for my needs in..

Thanks mt.pleasant motors for helping me find a right truck. Max and Victor very knowledgeable, patient and great to deal with. Carfax and inspection report was available for me to see. The price was great. Free one year warranty was included but I decided to upgrade it to three years because they offered it to me at their cost. I will recommend you guys to my friends and family and also I will definitely be a repeat customer. I was myself referred to mt.pleasant motors by my buddy who bought his truck here two years ago. He told me I wouldn't be disappointed and he was right. His truck still running like the first day he purchased it and having the warranty would give you a piece of mind.

Terrible service. Vic had posted a roof top tent for sale. I had been in communication since Saturday. They were closed Sunday and I had arranged to come on Monday. Trying to arrange my schedule to pick it and he stops messaging. I call and he says he took a deposit on it? Not even a chance for me to drop a deposit. Then I tell him of his terrible customer service and he gets frustrated hangs up on a customer making it all my fault. Deserves zero stars.
