Horrible doctor. Was referred for a GI issue by family doc. He scheduled a procedure March 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID. After that, he never put me back on the surgery list, stating I didn't need it and my symptoms weren't that bad. Why did you opine that I needed surgery in the first place? How did that suddenly change? What was I supposed to do with the continued symptoms I was having? No explanation was given whatsoever and every attempt to follow up was blocked by his staff.I'm not one to have a procedure unnecessarily, but this Doctor had no awareness of how my symptoms were impacting my daily life. Don't doctors take an oath to do no harm"? And yet his lack of care was actively harming my health and my family life. Sick of chronic pain and popping pain pills every other day

I just had a procedure and Dr Ben musa was very professional and his bedside was second to none!

Dr Ben Musa-very unprofessional, had an in person appointment today which was booked 3 months before. they have canceled the appointment and don’t feel to update patient. under a treatment for upper abdomen fir last 1.5 years and dealing with this pain every day. but not able to give a proper treatment. Doctor should be more responsible for changing appointment. And the receptionist was unprofessional. will never recommend this doctor.

Horrible doctor. Booked an ERCP procedure which then got cancelled with covid overtaking hospitals. His office booked a follow up phone consult months later. On the day of the phone consult, he apparently called me but didn't leave a voicemail or anything to indicate he had called. I called his office inquiring what happened, thinking he had forgotten to call me. I was told he called and would now have to wait for another phone consult. I have no record of this and his office would not give me more info. Had to wait another 2 months just to get another phone consult, and when I finally did speak with him he just ordered bloodwork (to which no follow up was ever done). All the while, I'm in significant discomfort and could barely eat a meal without serious stomach pains. I was a walking zombie from all the sleep deprivation caused by ongoing pain every single night Finally fed up and feeling like I couldn't even be productive at my job, I went to London to see another GI. He booked me for the procedure, did it with zero complications. I am finally pain free after 2 long years. When asked if I wanted follow ups in Windsor with Dr. Ben Musa, I said HELL NO. I would rather drive to London than deal with a doctor that has zero compassion for his patients. I seriously question why he became a doctor in the first place - probably for the title and ego. Doctors like this are horrible. Do you realize you are causing people actual harm by monitoring patients in a timely manner and taking their concerns seriously??!! DO NOT SEE HIM IF YOU CAN. I hope he reads this and takes the time for self reflection.
