Excellent place for working out and for physio. Knowledgeable staff who are friendly and willing to help. Group classes avail. Individual routines created by qualified staff. Great for all ages.

Love this gym. Very supportive staff, friendly and helpful. Taking really good precautions with Covid. Equipment is all in great shape, the gym is very open spaces and modern and clean. Large locker area, showers and steam room, private changing rooms. Physio is available, drink mixes and supplied such as bags and bottles. I feel very comfortable here, especially compared to larger chain gyms.
