Awesome experience dealing with the gentleman!Fixed the car in less than a minute, whereas another store estimated a two week repair period.

Fast service, nice clean courtesy vehicle's to make life easier, even vacuumed, wiped down my dash and washed my vehicle before I picked it up. When I needed an update the ladies were very curtious and friendly; they made sure to thoroughly answer my questions before ending the conversation. Definitely would go back (but hopfully I don't have to, they are an autobody shop afterall).

Was just travelling through for one night; got my car looked at right away; had me back on the road pronto! Even was directed to enjoy some close by waterfalls as I waited! Fantastic service staff. Highly recommend!

I brought my 66 mustang in for a dented quarter panel.I told the owner that it had been painted with imron paint, and the owner mentioned that he doubted that was the case.They did a decent job on the dent but the color is way off. Now I have a classic Mustang w two shades of white!They tried several times to match and couldn't do it. Now I have to repaint the entire car!I would not recommend this shop for anything that requires color matching.

Very disappointed in Dean's work. Took around 8 months to get my truck finished and once I got it back it still had a list of problems with it. I could easily see many cut corners and poor quality of work. Wouldn't ever reccomend this place to anyone. Might be time for Dean to retire before he folds his reputable company.

Thank you so much for the excellent repair job that you did. When I picked up my 2004 Toyota 4-Runner, I felt like I was picking up a new car. It was repaired, shiny and so clean inside and out! Wow!

I just picked up my car from here and am super satisfied with the entire experience. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was very professional and offered very good advice on how to proceed with fixing my car. They looked for used parts and were able to lower my estimate by $800 from the original estimate, and they got the entire job done faster than they had said might happen. When I dropped off my car two days ago, he offered me a ride to work, and when I picked it up Not only was the work all done in great condition but they even cleaned/washed my car. Thank you for making an unfortunate experience (of a damaged car) a positive one in the end!

Highly recommend Cottonwood! Their estimate was less than half of another localbody shop, and they got mine and my husband's vehicles in promptly for repair. Quality of work is excellent, and customer service is above and beyond. I had an oil change previously booked, so Cottonwood dropped my car off for that and picked it up after to save me the hassle. Super friendly staff to boot. Don't go anywhere else in the West Kootenays for body work!!
