It's a medical building that is old and not updated in any way. 5 dollar flat rate parking.

Easy to find and lots of parking!

They r very efficient at their various tasks !Now, u might wait a few minutes but is a minimum wait !

While travelling to Family from Hamilton area to Peterborough area my husband had trouble with his breathing machine. I called VitaleAire explained the problem and she called a Consultant in Peterborough who called us and asked about the problem. She then said give me the address where you are and I will be there in an hour. She brought new machine which we were so appreciative of. We only expected to get advice on what we could do or if we should be worried about machine until we returned home. The Clinical Consultant , Mikelty Jackson went above and beyond our expectations and we were extremely happy. We have been using VitaleAire for about 6 years and the service when you call is always excellent.

What a joke. Not only did we go in to find lifelabs closed for irregular issues we also called the parking staff and they explained they don't care and that it's still $5 for the 30 seconds we used to see if it's open. On top of that the ghetto machine that takes money took an extra toonie because these people are money hungry. Hopefully the managers of the building choke on it.

I have found Vital Aire to be the ultimate in caring and professionalism. They are extremely friendly to deal with and the promptness of their service is 100%. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a CPAP machine, Air/Gas, etc. Give them a call you'll be glad you did.
