Harrison Lake View Suites

Probably the worst run accommodation I've ever stayed at. The one positive was it was clean and in a great location. They gave us one fob for 8 people but this wasn't a problem because you only needed the fob to get into the building. Everywhere else was completely open including getting to each floor in the elevator which didn't feel very safe. In the room they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and 4 towels for 8 people for 4 days and they were missing a shower curtain. If you stay here don't plan on doing any cooking because they are lacking normal kitchenware like baking trays, bowls, knifes, a kettle and the list goes on. We had to call reception everyday to ask for something. When they brought it to our room they would open our door without knocking and throw it in. None of the outlets worked in the main bedroom. One of the toilets blocked right away and there was no plunger in the apartment, there was only a shared one in the hallway for the whole floor which is quite disgusting! This place was a joke!

The location is great. The manager was very nice. They definitely need to improve their housekeeping team. Kitchen counter was dirty, toilet was plugged, hair in bed. Not sure even if the bed had been changed. Keriug plug was broken. Dishes in dishwasher. We found it expensive for what you got. It’s unfortunate but we won’t be staying there again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Our views were amazing and we had access to a very large wrap around balcony which was the perfect backdrop for family photos. The manager was very nice. They had a large sanitizer dispenser for us to use which I thought was a nice touch. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the amount of fruit flies we found in the suite upon arrival. I think the people before us probably had their food laying out for a while. We probably had about 10 or more fruit flies in the whole suite.

Good for large group. There are spider webs and dusts on windows. Keurig coffee machine is dusty too so i didn't use it. The rooms are big enough. 3 full bathrooms for 3br Lakeview. Big ceiling so it looks big. Nice layout and stairs. The toilet paper is only 2 per bathroom i asked for more but he only gave me 3. Simple hotel but nice view.Noise hours 10pm - 8am.

We ordered a two bedroom suite for one night. The contactless check-in was a little bit confuse but it's safe in COVID-19. we got a fob for entrance of the building and parking area. I can chose the elevator stop at any floor and firedoor in my floor was open, I can go down or up stairs to other floor, felt not safe.For kitchen, full kitchen facility, include liquid soap,dishwashing liquid, and hand sanitizer.Good living room with shaw cable HDMI TV, Windows with white blinds, washroom was clean, master bedroom include full washroom. A folding-sofa bed in living room.

the first time i ever went here it was a great place in general, it had a nice location and a nice view. the second time i planned my stay here about two weeks ago from now i was absolutely disgusted from the suite i was given, there was hair on the bedsheets as though they have not been changed and the floor was disgusting, there was gum stuck to the carpet and the pullout bed was also very unpleasing since it was filled with bugs and there was cobwebs everywhere. i contacted the employees about changing the bed sheets and they still did not come and change our bed sheets. the kitchen was also revolting because the microwave was not even cleaned properly and the counters were unclean. in the bathroom the toilet was not even stable it was broken and only one screw was still on, i cannot believe they couldn’t even fix that. as it follows there was still continuously a lot of hair all over the place in suite which was very unpleasant and disgusting. i am so disappointed from all the money that i spent just for it to go to waste with this. i have also seen that the same complaints in the reviews are similar to the complaints i have said and i really think they need to fix that. i surely am not coming back.

Great layout, lots of space and great location for walking around Harrison!

Contactless experience all the way through and has better customer service than other. spectacular views. rooftop access. perfect staycation.

Was a great getaway while our numbers of covid were lower. They had a big can if hospital grade disinfectant that we used to spray down surfaces. We stayed in the combo room mountain view and Lakeview . It was a very lovely place and quiet during the week but the weekend is full of younger people partying. The owners did their best making sure people kept quiet during late evening hours.
