Not a safe place. The women who live and pay rent here are in danger everyday. The number of addicts and street people who hang out here are not friendly and are always using drugs, fighting or making a mess inside and outside the building. The higher ups only care about MONEY AND NOT PEOPLE!!!

Not a good place for childcare, whatsoever. They lost a child. The mother found said child with mobile crisis. This is not acceptable. I would consider elsewhere for childcare where you can trust that you will be picking up the child that you dropped off. If I could be rating 0 stars, I would be.

This is a very large, and well run daycare. The caregivers/teachers there are compassionate and patient with children. Meal plans, outings and activities are well prepared most days. My child attended this daycare for 6 years, and took really well to a few of the teachers over that time. The place is clean and orderly. I highly recommend this daycare.

This is only review for ywca downtown childcare. The place didn't seem very clean and reeked of lingering smoking smell all around the building.People were smoking right outside the door, not even caring kids are going in and out. The toys and furniture's are abused and well past their lifetime. The space is big, I only wish it was well taken care of too. Sorry to say, I wouldn't put my child there if there is other option available in the same budget ( which there is )

YWCA is really an amazing place. Helped me with a snow suit for my little guy when we were struggling. Very nice residents and staff with empathy and compassion.
