Buying our hot tub from the guys at Arctic Spas was a great experience. We dealt with Rob and he helped us with every question we threw at him. I'd recommend them to everyone. And if your tub is close to trees, get the filter bag 100%!

We purchased a swim spa from Robin and the team at Arctic Spas Halifax a couple of years ago. We love the spa! Both the customer service and spa service has been absolutely amazing. Whenever there is a small issue, they are quick to help. We initially looked at a few other dealers in town but are confident we made the right choice!

I did a lot of research on different types/sizes of hot tubs before finally deciding to purchase from Artic Spas of Halifax. The customer service is beyond compare. The friendly staff is always ready to help whether via phone or in person visits.I've had the hot tub for almost one year and it's been a great experience.We had a small crack on the filter casing and rather than repairing or sending away, we were given a brand new one, no questions asked.A great bunch of people and a fantastic business to deal with. I live two hours away from the city and you would think they were next door!

Do not go anywhere else. I went to the others. This is night and day. Everyone was amazing to deal with. The tub is high quality. The installers were so professional. The in store staff are incredibly knowledgeable. I wish I could give more than five stars. This was a perfect transaction.

Hi Robin. Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed I was with Matt and Kevin we they setup my hot tub. Everything went great. They took me through all necessary steps (not sure if I remember everything LOL). Tub is setup and just waiting to use. Also yourself and Kris at the Arctic Spa store were great at answering our questions when we first went looking for tubs. That why we went him Arctic Spa.Thanks again for a painless purchase.

Don't have enough good words to describe my experience with Arctic Spas in Dartmouth. After meeting with them around Christmas with my wife I decided to get her a replacement tub as a secret present. The showroom personnel were nice and courteous answering the many questions I had and were accommodating to my every request. Kevin and Matt who delivered the tub were fantastic. Set everything up in exactly how I wanted. They were very friendly and the introduction to maintaining the was thorough and complete. My wife was taken back by the surprise but in the 2 days we have had it, she has been in the tub 5 times. Thanks Arctic Spa's!

I have been dealing with Arctic Spa’s for about a year. I have found all the staff friendly and knowledgeable! I have had them do repairs to my hot tub! Very reasonable prices on chemicals and repairs. It’s so nice that in a time that customer service is wanting the staff at Arctic Spa’s show that Customer Service is still very much alive.
