I am very happy with the installation of my blinds. Jacob is a vast professional, very punctual and accurate with measurements. In my case, I have two very large windows and I asked that it be divided into two panels to lighten the weight and flexibility of use. On one of the windows, one panel did not line up with the other, Jacob immediately let me know and promised to place a new order for that window only, he correctly estimated the time, by the time he receives the order, he immediately contacted me and we coordinated for the re-installation of those panels and they were correctly aligned. Zero complaints about installation, time and the product. Obviously you choose the type of blind according to your taste and Lara Bella is in charge of installing it! We ordered new custom size blinds for a Community Room with them and the results were great! They were very quick on answering our requests, came more then once to check on measurements to make sure everything would fit perfectly, and were very attentive to our needs and to our budget.The staff was also very kind and friendly, what made the experience even better.
