Excellent indoor playground arena for the kids (age group 2-15) to spend memorable times running around the area.It can be a good option (in the Halton region) for hosting a kid's birthday party, they have couple of rooms to host snacks and drinks for the attendees.There is a game arcade, trampoline ( with the ropes) section and food outlet and follow Socks Only" policy.Don't forget to sign up for the waiver form if you are visiting for a birthday party.Thanks to the support staff and monkey crew members for the kind gesture and smooth conduct of boarding

We love Lil' Monkeys Indoor Playground and have been visiting them for over a decade with our children (we have 4 kids). We have also enjoyed multiple birthday party celebrations here and absolutely love it! They offer amazing service with a host helping us through right from welcoming us and our guests through the party, serving, clearing, packing. They really make it completely stress-free which allows us to enjoy our party, focusing on celebrating the birthday child. Thank You.

This place is great for my toddler when the weather outside is nasty! She gets to run around and have such a fun time. Honestly, I wish I was able to use the play structure too haha some of the slides look so fun! The food options are great too.

Was invited a birthday party at this play place. My son had a great time even though the pizza could’ve being a little warm.Near towards the end of the party. I decided to purchase food. After paying for the food staff Ana who took the order ask me after I paid “are you from the party?” I responded ‘yes’. She then proceeded to let me know that the party is now finished. If I planned to stay longer, I would be charged a regular price. I said to her why didn’t you tell me this before I paid for the food. She said she’s just telling meI then sat and started eating. While eating the rest of the invitees came by the table with me.Ana then decided to come over while I’m eating to remind me. “The party is over, so you guys have to leave now or pay regular price”I responded ‘yes, I heard you, I’m finishing my food that I bought.Ana returned less than 5 mins later to remind me again while finishing up my food.Ana said“Your time is and I’m going to have to charge you regular price”.At this point I’m not sure but I started to feel like I was being harassed.I responded to Ana “ I am finishing my meal. Had you given me this information before I paid for the food, then I wouldn’t have being a inconvenience. The play place was no where to closing and I was simple just eating the food I purchased.I started to feel upset, I tossed the remainder of my food and left.I would never return or recommend this play place just because of this incident. I actually felt embarrassed and this was truly unacceptable.The person that invited me paid over $400 dollars and even though she arrived a little late. She paid her full price. Received cold pizza and this is how they treat the guests.Unacceptable and the staff and managers need to address this asap.

My son liked this place. Although it was full. I didn't like the coffee. It was water plus coffee color. There are no options for gluten-free. Love the different levels of games in the same place. It is more than a normal playground. For sure, we are going to come back.

I love Lil’ Monkeys. I’ve brought my toddler here for a year, usually during the week. Today is Saturday, the place is packed, birthday parties, etc. They have a big sign shout their wristband policy, both child and a parent need to wear them at all time. Today, of all days, when it’s super crowded, the young man at reception said we didn’t need a wristband. I mean. Honestly, crowd control with 15-25 kids, on a Tuesday morning is easy. Anyone could come in and leave with a child today, where there’s easily 100+ kids here. They need to do better in that regard.The place is awesome, I’m not coming back on weekends though.

This place is kept very clean. The staff always vacuums and pays attendtion to cleanliness. However, you should also pay attention to safety. It is easy to get stabbed at the entrace of a tree tower (?). In fact, my child was stabbed here, her clothes were torn and knee was bleeding. I think there are cable ties under the pads and comes up when you press it. There are also many crevices in other areas, and there is a risk of plywood getting stuck and thorns. Parents need to pay attendtion..

Such a fun place fun kids. There are so many different things to do: the climbing structure and slides, an arcade, VR, a bungee trampoline... your kids will never want to leave. We've had 2 birthday parties here. The staff is awesome and the food is delicious. Great place for parties or just to drop in and play!
