John Reid was a professional craftsman. He did an excellent job in building and installing the fence gates for my backyard. He was also on time. The estimate quoted for the materials was initially higher, and I would have paid it as quoted. But John is an honest man and told me the cost was cheaper than the estimate. So I am very pleased. Thank you so much.

Steve and Lynn have been so nice and accommodating.. I feel like I’m their only customer.. that is how good their customer service is!! I have been working with technician Dave who is awesome !! He has been doing this a long time and it’s so nice to have someone as experienced as Dave come and help out our business. Dave is punctual, pleasant and delivers high quality results. I would highly recommend Dave and the rest of the crew at Handyman Connection to anyone needing general repairs. Dave installed signs for us, repaired sinks and automatic soap dispensers, fixed our ceiling tiles, assembled storage shelves for us.. the list goes on. Whatever you need them to do, they are capable and more than HAPPY to help!

So I booked a bathroom pocket door repair as the door was not smooth in closing and opening and got stuck halfway, after an hour looking into it , I was informed it’s fixed. After a week it started giving the same trouble and this time it’s even worse than when I called them! It’s literally unusable and won’t close at all, called them up and was informed our manager would call me back , however it’s been a week and I have not received any call till now.Secondly ,My refrigerator leaked from the freezer section . At the time of booking the appointment I asked do you work on leaking refrigerators I was told yes. The guy worked on it for more than an hour , informed it’s not level and offbalance etc hence it leaked and that he’s fixed it by balancing it. However after a few days it was still the same, had to call whirlpool and get a new part which fixed it..when I called and informed about the fridge I was informed we do not work on refrigerators, however the invoice they sent mentions they worked on refrigerator!! Totally dissatisfied with the work they did! The two issues I called for , they were able to fix neither but charged me 700$.. avoid them!

After going through these reviews I got in touch with this company for a ceiling that I need to replace due to plumbing issue. I requested for someone from their team to come over and give me price estimate so I can budget myself accordingly. They booked me for Friday 9am. And sent me a message at 8:33am to check if I had any covid symptoms. Great going so far. I drove for around 40 min to reach the house at 8:55am and as I am parked outside the house, at 8:58am I received a call that technician can’t make to the appointment. I still understand that sometimes life can throw circumstances at us so I was still fine with it. I requested if they could send another technician anytime soon, the answer was no. I asked if they could call me back with next availability please, lady said yes for sure and it’s been few days now that I have not heard from this company. They are so disrespectful of other person’s time and need. They should have said “no, we are busy” on the first call, that would have been more appropriate for everyone’s time. So disappointed!

We have used Handyman Connection for projects ranging from tap set replacement, hard wood flooring installation, and a complete bathroom installation. In every case Steve and the trades people were prompt, courteous, and responsive. The work was always professionally completed.While we highly value the work that Handyman Connection has done for us, we also value the ideas they brought to the project. There were several instances of suggested design changes that vastly improved the usability and appearance of the final product. Their service was thoughtful and geared toward making sure the work exceeded our expectations.When the next project comes up, they will be our first call.

On March 1 or 2 of this year I called Handyman to report a bad leak in our kitchen sink that appears to originate under the counter. Having used Handyman quite frequently over the past few years I envisioned a plumber would be sent in a day or two. Not happening, I was told when I called that a plumber wouldn't be available til sometime the following week.I immediately called another company I had used a few years back & theysent a plumber the next.day & had he leak fixed in 15 minutes.I hate to think of the mess & inconvenience we would have had if I waited for a Handyman Plumber to show up in another 6 days or more.Doubtful I will being using Handyman in the forcible future.G Miller

I cannot say enough about this company and Paul, the gentleman who did the work for me. Not only were they incredibly prompt in coming here to provide the estimate, Paul was able to start, and finish the job within days. They knew I had a very short time frame to get the work done, and they made it happen. From plaster and sanding, to painting, and completing the indoor finishing of where I had a window installed where there had been a door. Being in an older home, Paul was able to use the trim that had been around the door to trim the new window, so it matches the other trim in the room. All at an extremely reasonable price. To Lynn, and Paul, you are both fabulous! I highly recommend Handyman Connection!!

Bob arrived at my condo on time, and took the time to assess the work that I needed here; gave an explanation of the work that he would do; picked up equipment from his truck; returned, and then started working. He repaired the damaged drywall on the ceiling of my window frames in all 3 rooms; caulked along the sides of the windows; then returned the next morning to paint the prepped areas. I was very impressed by his knowledge, his honesty, professionalism, and the excellent work that he did!I would highly recommend him if anyone needs a handyman for any drywall or general home repairs!

The drywall repair was lumpy which means they didn't sand the drywall compound down correctly. The paint job they did over the new drywall was poor as well.I also had a stair railings repair completed" with them. The actual repair was done correctly
