There was a Shipping mix up on my first order so I emailed customer service. Alejandro responded promptly and solved the problem efficiently. Great customer service. I will definitely order again.

I placed a fairly large order from Wordans and everything was very smooth. After placing, I was notified a couple items I ordered ended up being out of stock and was offered a coupon or credit. I emailed requesting the credit and Charlie was great! They were quick to respond and made everything super simple - done and done! Everything was shipped quickly and arrived within a week. I will definitely continue to work with Wordans in the future.

Adiel is freaking awesome at Needens/Wordans! All my items from Wordens have been amazing and if I have do have returns, she always handles it quickly, efficiently, and is so friendly! Thank you Adiel and Wordens/Needen!!!

The customer service was actually amazing. Any question I had Charlie was super helpful and provided quick solutions for all my worries. The product was also very quality. Fast delivery as well.

I got some t shirts for a client to personalized them with his logo, however, he cancelled the order because the delivery took longer than we expected. He needed them for Wednesday afternoon and the T shirts were delivered on Friday. I contacted customer service to request a refund and Adiel was very helpful, he sent me the tracker number and gave me all the information I needed. He also processed the return and sent me a new shipping label.Even when my client cancelled the order, I had a good experience with this company. Thank you Adiel, keep the great work!

Quite honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They had manufacturing problems that delayed my order. I reached out to them to inquire as to why it was taking so long, as I had ordered the product for a special event (wedding). When I became worried that the order was not going to arrive in time (due to printing machine issues on their end) I asked them to cancel my order and refund my purchase. At the point that I asked for a refund, NO shirts were made yet and therefore no money on their end was spent.The customer service rep re-assured me numerous times that my order would arrive in time (I was very specific of when I needed the order by and I had ordered with ample time). I even paid for express delivery. It took them 2 weeks to even begin working on my order. The day before the event, I asked them several times for a phone number to their Calgary Warehouse so that I could pick up the product myself and avoid the shipping delay (I live close by). The service rep ignored this email, and shipped out the order the next day (even though I told them MANY TIMES that was the day of the wedding and there was absolutely no way that would arrive in time). Sure enough, the wedding rolls by and I did not have my product. They ignored my requests to cancel and refund (before any work was done - confirmed via email), they re-assured me it would arrive in time.Needless to say I was furious. I had spent $600 on shirts that never arrived in time. I finally received them the following Tuesday (I needed them the Thursday prior). Absolutely atrocious customer service. I demanded a refund, and they said a manager would contact me, but that never happened. I imagine they decided to ignore me. I lost all faith in the company, and was so fed up with them, and it was clear they didn't care about me (ignoring 3-4 requests from me for a refund), I decided to drop the issue and try my best to forget this horrible experience.Because of the manufacturing issues on their end that delayed my order, I lost $600. I was furious. No reimbursement, no refund, no company credit. Do not use this company, there are plenty of much better alternatives.

Ordered $147 worth of clothing and had an issue that made me feel like the purchase was a complete waste of money.Sent feedback to their customer service and they made it 100% right!! I honestly did not expect the response (it took them a while to respond, and I had already written a google review outlining my disappointment ... so I'm here changing my 1-star to a 5-star review!)I definitely recommend making a purchase with Wordans with the complete confidence that they stand behind their products!

This company used to be great... I have ordered thousands of dollars of product from this company with no issues! I go to try to cancel one of my previous orders and don't get any responses to my emails after 4 weeks. Total scam, they don't even have a number you can call. I tried ordering one last time from this company and after a week it still hasn't shipped. DON'T ORDER HERE EVER! No customer service, and very untrustworthy.

I ordered Patio Furniture almost 4 weeks ago for my Cafe. I have been emailing them 4 times everyday asking when can I expect my order. No reply, and their phone number I believe is a fake number, because nobody every answers. I noticed that shipping is free on orders over $199. but they didn't have a problem charging me over $800. for my furniture which I probably won't get anyway. I should have read the reviews before ordering. What kind of a Company am I dealing with!

Will not purchase through this company again. They have disappointed me and my customers several times. I've had 2 very time sensitive orders, and they waited 5 days to tell me my items weren't in stock when the other items were already out for delivery, giving me zero time to communicate that with my client or find substitutes for them. We have an order due today, and they notified me at 8:48 AM that they don't have it, when I ordered 5 days ago.
